They know of the concerns, trust me. They just choose not to act on them.
The housekeeping concerns, in-stay, I think are pretty well spelled out already, but not of extreme importance to the majority of folks who responded to your polls. It's what they do to prepare the room for the initial occupancy that needs clarification. What are they willing to commit to, ie how clean is clean? That's all I'm saying.
Is surface clean their commitment to members? Then what is the remedy when surfaces aren't clean? We don't know, because
DVC doesn't choose to comment on these issues. Is it the members responsibility to inventory all unit items and notify DVC when there are missing things? Some of us here think so, but DVC is mum on the subject. Are members expected to test all appliances to determine whether they are functional and then notify DVC of any discovered problems? I don't know and neither does anyone else here because we have no published responsibilities of members or DVC.
Just tell me what (specifically) DVC will be willing to do and what I am expected to do. That doesn't seem like a difficult thing.
