Hi

Just wondering if you can call on Saturday for reservations. I am doing a day by day reservation and my last day should be called in on Saturday.

Yes, Member Services is open on Saturdays now. And starting in February they will be open on Sunday, too.

That's the good news. The bad news is they have taken away the extended Thursday hours (which over the years I found to be very convenient; one of the few times on could easily reach MS with little or no wait).
