Hotelkingdom.com/Cypress Point GV/Wyndham Palms Resort

We might book a 2 bed/2 bath at Cypress Point Grand Villas or a timeshare tour rate at Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club. A few questions:

1. How is the service, rooms received, etc., with Hotelkingdom.com?

2. Any positive (I sure hope!!) or even negative about either of these 2 resorts? Also, what's the difference between Cypress Point Grand Villas and just Cypress Point? I assume GV is newer.

3. What about locations of both in regards to getting to Disney? They both look pretty good.

Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated as we are looking to arrive July 6th!! Thanks to everyone on these boards!!

I acn just speak for CP Grande Villas.we stayed there last September for just 1 night before going to OKW and we LOVED it there.we had a 2 bedroom Grande Villa and it was beautiful.the Master bedroom and bathroom are huge with a king bed,the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds,and the living room had a pullout sofa.the kitchen was also big.the screened in porch was a plus.we will definetly stay there again.
there is another thread on here about CP and one of the people that answered over there has pictures that was just taken 3 weeks ago.
we also used hotel kingdom and will also use them again.

I can also vouch for Hotel Kingdom. I use them regularly and will use them again next month.

First, thank you both for your quick replies re:Cypress Point Grand villas. Sammi was kind enough to email me her photos from there and they were great.

Just wanted to know -- it looks it from the map, but are they closer to Downtown Disney area off of 535?

I have used them on 2 occasions and did not have any problems.

Hi Lizzytish! Yes Cypress Pointe is a 5 minute drive to Downtown Disney and yes the resort is right off of the 535 (Apopka-Vineland Rd.)

This was the most relaxing vacation I have had with my children. Stayed in the Conch Cay building which is 15 steps to the main pool with the slides. The kids just loved it! Pool was 3 feet deep on both ends and 5 feet in middle. The palm trees and volcano were so soothing to look at after a day of Disney! Less than 1 minute to Downtown Disney Entrance. Plenty of eating Chinese, Ribs , steaks...Winn Dixie was a block away. The most convient area I have every stayed in...close to everything you need! Went to U.S and IOA ...about 15 minutes. Weather was great...planning on going back soon!

First, I just want to send out a big thank you to all who have posted to my questions and those who have emailed me privately. I just today phoned Hotelkingdom and put in a reservation for Cypress Point Grand Villas -- I hope it comes through.
