HOST_Fig?....

is there such thing as a HOST_Fig? i am in his room. he is not wearing a uniform and has no ears too.

They will not let you put host or vmk in your guest name.

Also if u look at his signaturehe is wearing no rare pins(not like that has anything really to do with it) but he also does not have the VMK cast member badge, and I think that they would give him that if he was a cast member. But that is very weird because they allwoed a HOST_ name into VMK.

I am sure when they figure it out if he isn't for real he automaticly banned permanantly for impersonating staff. Bad choice of name on his part.

ok new update: VMK_Lion came in and settled everything. he first told us the ways to tell a real staff member from a regular player.LOL. he said that he is not a staff member and that his name will be changed. they have no idea how he got it though LOL

VMK staff and Hosts will always have the uniform and badge. If a person has HOST_ or VMK_ in front of their name, report it.

I don't understand how they can allow a HOST_ name to get through, when a name like MrTumnus (a disney character no less!) says it's not accepted automatically...

Vmk has had slip ups. Unless this guy is some tech-saavy hacker, he some how slid through the cracks. VMK has it's slip ups. I believe this guy did it on purpose and should have got a consequence. I mean nobody just happens to choose HOST_ as the beginning of a virtual character and dress in a staff related uniform.

I guess if he survived without a ban then it is because they had to acknowledge they missed it...who would think it would really get through, but to dress in green and all. I had heard of a person at halloween being banned for dressing like staff but in red and then joking to them about it. So to me the HOST_ name and green cloths = bye bye

Saw this same thing on VMK Kingdom and this is what happened

Early in Beta, a player who (I think) was about to be made CL_ instead got a VMK_ in front of her name, very very briefly.

Can't remember any more details, but it was either a bug or a human error. It didn't stay long, and sadly, if I recall correctly, the person didn't get a chance to play with any of the VMK powers. ("Your hat is ugly. You are banned!)

The most strange part of that is.. there was no CLs in early beta..not even in beta. The first community leader was spotted the DAY VMK opened.(For the live version that is..)
