Firt timer visiting Form Wilderness and

Is is a long way from the Hoop Dee Doo over to the evening camp fire? Is is 'walkable'?

Yes, we walk it all the time! Usually quicker than waiting for a bus! :goodvibes

It takes around 10 minutes to walk it.

Thank you for the info maybe you would be able to help with suggestions on seeing the water parade. I was also hoping to catch the 'water parade', but didn't know when the last boat shuttles leave Fort Wilderness, - didn't know if I catch a boat around 8:30 if I would catch the water parade while it is rolling..., before heading back to my resort which is at the Pop. If I wait for the water parade at Fort Wilderness, it may be a bit late for my 6 year old. Just not sure how to work it...

5 days to go

electric water pageant schedule.. Polynesian 9pm-Grand Floridian 9:15pm- Wilderness Lodge 9:35pm-Ft. Wilderness 9:45pm- Contemporary 10:05pm- Magic Kingdom 10:20pm If you catch the 9pm at the Polynesian, or the 9:15 at The Grand Floridian, either take boat or monorail to Magic Kingdom, then catch bus to Pop Century.

I believe it's all you can drink beer at HDD, isn't it? That would make it a very long walk to the campfire program for me.

Having recently completed that exact same circuit in December I can say that it a difficult journey, post HDDR. I am widely known for "getting my moneys worth" at the HDDR and they serve my favorite flavor of American lager (Bud light) Its like Walt himself set the whole thing up, I feel like the world makes sense for just a little while when I am at an "all you can eat and drink"
The planets dont align that perfectly very often

Ditto. We went during our honeymoon before owning campers, so it was a long walk and really weird bus ride...don' remember much else... :drinking1
