We have a 7 pm reservation for the Hoop De Doo. We will be staying at Coronado Springs. We plan to go to Magic Kingdom and then head to Hoop De Doo from the park. We will be driving down this year, so should we take the car to the TTC and then drive to Fort Wilderness? What is the best way to do this? And what time do we need to leave from where?

We also have reservations at Boma, but that one seems a bit more straightforward, lol.

Thank you!

Honestly, while I love driving just about everywhere at WDW, I'd be tempted to leave the car behind for this one, simply because you have to deal with TTC twice. I'd bus to MK, then take the boat to Ft Wilderness. Generally after the show they have buses back to hotels...I'm sure if this is wrong for the 7pm show, someone will correct me. ;) But I have read many reports of buses taking people directly to resorts after HDDR.

If you drive, you'll have to go back to TTC, drive to Ft. Wilderness, then take the internal bus system to Pioneer Hall. This isn't necessarily a hassle, but the boat to Ft Wilderness is a nice trip. The wild card is just bus availability back to CSR.

Perhaps after the show you could catch the boat back to Mk and catch your resort bus from there.

When we went to the HDDR last year there were buses back to each resort after the 7:15 show. There were several resorts per bus, so it wasn't a terribly speedy trip, but it was totally convenient. They were all lined up and waiting and there were folks to direct you to the correct bus.
I would definitely take a bus to the MK that morning and then the boat to Fort Wilderness for the HDDR. The boat ride is very pleasant and part of the adventure.
Driving to FW is inconvenient, and you do have to take the internal bus to Pioneer Hall.
