Honeymoon Registry Woes

Okay now I understand why brides always have such frustration with their registry. We finally booked our honeymoon and registered on the site last week. I'm still waiting for my gift card, which is fine. But I can't look at any of the products/experiences to add anything! Anyone else having these issues?

This part comes and goes depending on the mood of the registry. Give it a day and it usually starts working again.

I am also waiting for my card- it's been about two weeks.

If it has been 2 weeks I would give them a call. I think they just forget to send them out sometimes since it comes certified mail so they shouldn't be getting lost.

I just checked mine and its working. Some days it does, some days it doesn't. It's so frustrating!! But you should be able to add things to your registry even if it isn't activated yet. I know we added things before we got our card. I guess just give it a day or two

I agree that they must forget sometimes. I originally ordered mine in early November, after about a month I called them because it still hadn't come. On December 1st I talked to someone and she said they would send another, double checked my address and it was fine, so I don't know what happened other than that they forgot. About two weeks later I finally received the card.

This happened to me also, I ordered mine in Sept. and still hadn't received it a month later, so I just called and they sent me a new one and it only took maybe a week to get it. I think it says on the site that it takes 2 weeks to get your card, so I'd maybe wait one more week and then call.

We heard about this issue so we decided to register our Disney honeymoon with Traveler's Joy honeymoon registry. It was much easier to work with and we received our gifts right away!
