Anyone have any ideas on fun, home made treats that I could do for my kids that would be similar to what they might see at Disneyland? I saw a thread where someone mentioned the rice krispie ears dipped in chocolate...Any other ideas?

We like to make Mickey beignets. You can buy the mix at World Market and we already have the Mickey head cookie cutter.

We've also made the Mickey gingerbread man cookies with chocolate dipped ears. You can use a gingerbread cookie mix or make it from scratch, then decorate as you wish! I have a little Mickey cutter for that, too, that came on a package of gingerbread mix I bought in the parks.

My kids love the above but they are somewhat time consuming.

The Cafe Du Monde mix is the stuff they use at Ralph Brennan's although my homemade ones never turn out as wonderful as theirs. Highly recommend getting the mix!

If you have a Mickey pan (either the big one or the little muffin sized ones) you can make Mickey rice krispie treats!

This was going to be my suggestion, as well.

You could also make fudge. Mickey-shaped sugar cookies. Mickey shaped gingerbread cookies.

YAY! Thanks for the great ideas! I do have a Mickey cookie cutter so will utilize that for some treats as suggested. Yummy!
