Sorry Goofy4tink, I feel asleep in it waiting for everyone to show....

Good morning as requested we will spend another day in Barbados I'm sure we can all find something to do, now where did I put that list of tours....

Oh, suzannen, so sorry we all failed you! I was back on the ship enjoying a massage prior to dinner. I forgot to set up some reservations for dinner. I have a great place that I will put forward for everyone's debate this morning as I have to b away all day at a company picnic - on the ship of course.

I'll be back shortly with the information.

Since we tend to stay put for the weeked I rented us a Villa

OK - at 3 pm everyone meet at TRAFALGAR SQUARE & FOUNTAIN GARDEN - Bridgetown
Across from the Parliament Buildings is Trafalgar Square at the very top of Broad Street. Here you will see the Lord Nelson statue, erected in 1813, some three decades before the London version.
The fountain, called the Dolphin Fountain, was put up in 1865 to hail the arrival of piped water into Bridgetown.

From there we will travel by Limo to the Carambola Restaurant for a cocktail hour followed by our Friday evening dinner out in our usual style!

Till then you will find me on the beach!

Restaurant looks great - I'm definitely there. And, Ed's photo finally got me out of the hammock and I'm taking my coffee there with him.

After dinner, I pulled a few strings and got a special copy of the new Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban which we can watch in the movie theatre of our villa. I've ordered a popcorn machine and soda fountain as well. Everyone bring their favorite movie candy with them. I was also able to obtain Shrek 2 and Day After Tomorrow if we're up for a double feature.

Hello!

I hope that you all don't mind my visiting you while you're on your current "tour", but since it seems that your ship will soon be heading for Port Canaveral, I thought that I might stop in and say "hi"! :)

A bunch of us "live" in a "Suite" that we estimate to be located somewhere between the Polynesian and the TTC. We've "been there" for the past 3 years and have the pleasure of having the Electrical Water Pageant perform special shows for us on a nightly basis! :) The "Suite" is very comfortable - we all have our own luxurious rooms, 24 hour a day room service (provided by our very own staff of gentlemen who have names like "Don Juan" and "Bo Dacious", of course! :)), a beautiful balcony (with a jacuzzi!) overlooking the Seven Seas Lagoon, and all of the comforts of home that you can imagine! We're a fun group, and we're always happy to meet new people!

So if your "travels" take you in the direction of WDW, please stop in and visit us in the "EWP Suite" - be our guests - we love to have visitors! We'll have our staff prepare some nice, cold drinks and a wonderful buffet to welcome you all! :)

You'll find us here:

Have a great weekend! :)

Speaking for the rest of the Homeless we would love to stop by for a visit and feel free to hop on board at any port of call we also love company.

Gee, figures I would drop by too late to participate in visiting my second favorite country of all time, England. Maybe on your next tour of the globe I can join in. A guided tour is what I require as I am directionally disfunctional.

I am a denizon of the fabulous EWP Suite also. Rider forgot the mention our manservants, Bo Dacious and Don Juan. There are many others but those our main men. They cater to our every want and need with style and grace and are never apt to write memoirs that might embarrass anyone. LOL They have graciously agreed to open up another wing so that our Homeless friends might drop by and honor us with their presence for however a length of time they might deem comfortable. Put in your drink orders and I will personally be there to hold the door open for you all.

Good Morning Dis'ers and welcome to St. Lucia as you can see I already went out for an early morning horseback ride <bgsound src="http://www.stlucia.org/media/mp3/Diamond_Steel_Orchestra-Caribbean_Steel_Drum_Vibrations-02_Three_Little_Birds.mp3

In natural beauty, St. Lucia seems like an island plucked from the South Pacific and set down in the Caribbean. Its dramatic twin coastal peaks, the Pitons, soar 2,000 feet up from the sea, sheltering magnificent rain forests where wild orchids, giant ferns, and birds of paradise flourish. Brilliantly-plumed tropical birds abound, including endangered species like the indigenous St. Lucia parrot. The rainforest is broken only by verdant fields and orchards of banana, coconut, mango, and papaya trees.

St. Lucia has been inhabited since long before colonial times, and its cultural treasures are a fascinating melange of its rich past and its many different traditions. The island's people have earned a well-deserved reputation for their warmth and charm, and the island itself is dotted with aged fortresses, small villages, and open-air markets.

There is a broad array of exciting and exotic activities available on St. Lucia. The island's steep coastlines and lovely reefs offer excellent snorkeling and scuba diving. The rainforest preserves of St. Lucia's mountainous interior are one of the Caribbean's finest locales for hiking and birdwatching. Of course, the island also possesses excellent facilities for golf, tennis, sailing, and a host of other leisure pursuits. Not to be missed is St. Lucia's Soufriere volcano, the world's only drive-in volcanic crater.

Well I'm headed out to go on a hike I'll be back, I'll just leave a note on my cabin door since noone is around.

Went on a bird watching hike..ED

In areas such as the Bois D'Orange Swamp, the Rain Forest and Boriel's Pond, visitors can observe some of St. Lucia's rare, indigenous species, like the St. Lucian Parrot, White Breasted Thrasher, St. Lucia Peewee, St. Lucia Oriole, and St. Lucia Wren. Arrangements can be made through the St. Lucia Forestry Department for early morning or late afternoon trips. Four-hour excursions cost US$40.00 per person and accommodate a maximum of ten persons, minimum of three.

I am here, I am just under du weaber dis mornin - I bay have to miss St. Lucia. I am here shut up in by cabin with steam therapy to try and get over this summer dold.

Achooooo! Sniff, sniff.

no kibbing! I am dying here. I suffered through my son having this flu like thing over the weekend while we were away in a hotel - yup that was fun. And then to top it off he gives it to me to suffer through. I am on vitamins and echinacea to try and be better for next weekend.

I think I am going home now - its just misery for me and everyone else that I am sitting here at work with this.

I'll be back tomorrow. Have fun in St. Lucia - I have never been.

Castlegazer, sorry you're under the weather. Hope you get better soon.

Ed, St. Lucia is beautiful. My DH and I have often talked of going to the Ladera Resort there - it's photos are always SO gorgeous. I'll try to catch up with you on your hike. Birdwatching in a place like this would be fun.

And, IASW Rider and SlightlyGoofy - thanks for the invites to stop by. We love parties!
