Or does the Tower of Terror pre-show room have more cob webs around the top then it used to?

Honestly, just because they've got a lot of construction going on at HS, it doesn't mean they can let the rest of the place go down hill.

I blame the share holders. (cause I saw someone post that on a thread about Disney Dollars going away and I couldn't think of who else to blame)

now that Robo mentioned it... The water in Splash Mountain did seem to make my shorts wetter than it did my previous trip and I glad some else noticed too. I was worried it was only me.

This also makes me wonder, what did they do with all that "Disney water" they used to splash you with now that they've closed down the Backlot Tour?

oh, don't you know? If you buy bottled water in DHS, it is from the Backlot water effects. Cost savings all over.
