Hollywood studios Fastpass order

In which order should we book our fastpasses for Hollywood studios to minimize walking? Or is the park relatively small that it doesn't matter? We are a party of 12 with 6 young kids.

We would like to get Toy Story Mania, Star Tours and Tower of Terror. We will be heading to Jedi training and sign up first thing and plan to arrive before rope drop.

The park isn't that big so it's easy to get anywhere. Where you start should depend on where you're heading after signing up for JLA.

If you want to do a standby ride after that then I'd recommend either Great Movie Ride or Star Tours (there's mulitple videos so ride it again with your FP).

As far as FP's and not backtracking. I'd go either Star Tours, Toy Stort, ToT..or reverse order if you want to start with ToT

Agree with PP. You might want to look at show times and work your FP in around those times too.
