Not that any of this counts but CNN just projected Hillary to win SD.

That still leaves Obama with only 2 wins since the Rev scandal.

Unfortunately - those unorganized caucuses did her in.........

I will admit abortion is not an important issue for me because even though I am a Dem, I do not really believe in abortion. Only in those certain cases do I think abortin is OK (rape, incest, mother's health) otherwise I do have issues with abortion.
But I find it so hard to believe legaly abortion would be so easily overturned as certain people like to make it sound.
But in any case the abortion guilt will not work on this Democrat puckerup:

As far as the war, yes that is a concern but we also have to withdraw the SMART way. The leader has think how/when to get us out of Iraq. It will not be easy and lives could be put at risk if we withdraw a sloppy way.
So although I know Obama has said he will withdraw troops, I feel is too inexperience and naive to be playing with war.
Yes it would be wonderful if we could just round up all the troops and bring them home....NO MATTER WHO IS PRESIDENT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN LIKE THAT!!!
Obama has even said he will keep some troops in Iraq to protect the Embassy. He also said if al Qaeda attempts to build a base within Iraq, he will keep troops in Iraq or elsewhere in the region to carry out targeted strikes on al Qaeda. Doesn't sound like totally ending the war, which people seem to believe.

If anyone think al Qaeda is in the past then they are truly more naive then even Obama.

So I will not vote for Obama because of the war (I don't think he can deal with it successfully), abortion (not a huge issue for me), economy (well Obama or McCain don't know much about it so what does it matter)?

Obama will not get my vote because of the man I have read about and heard speak. I don't like what I have read about him and what has come out of his mouth.

I have also decided I will make sure the people around me really know the kind of politician Obama is, not just how the media paints him!

I think that we share pretty similar political views. I agree with your view both on the war and on abortion.

She's speaking now. I can't believe she's giving up and giving this over to Obama, it's making me sick to my stomach. :(

(Bolding mine.) It will be interesting how the scandals will factor into the GE. I don't think anyone knows how many people have changed their minds since the incidences broke.

Texas proved those caucuses were a mess. She won the state in the primary vote but lost to the caucus. You had to vote in the primary in order to show up for the caucus but you didn't have to caucus in order to vote in the primary so the primary was the true vote for the state. I was the only one of the Hillary supporters that I knew that attended a caucus. All of my friends and family that voted Hillary were unable to show up to their caucus that night for one reason or another. I think that they should rid every state of the caucus.

That just makes me laugh. People really truly think the Rev scandal is not going to be an issue in the general??? :confused3
It is already proven it will be! The Rev(s) scandal will not quietly go away either. It will be front and center when the general starts up.

Unbelieveable that people really think Obama can win in the general.
I don't know if I should laugh or be :scared1: that people are that naive.

Wasn't it not all that long ago Obama had a good lead in South Dakota and now tonight he lost it?
That isn't a concern to the Obama camp? Wow!
I know if I was in the Obama I would be very concern and worried about Obama's ability to be elected.

They should get rid of the caucus - but will they remember to do it in the future? I think you need to pressure your state to make significant changes.

I'm lucky in NJ - we just have a normal primary - and are mostly a liberal state.

Why should it be? The DNC handed him the primary, and I am sure he feels that the GOP will do the same.:scared1:

After all, he is OBAMA the Saviour!:rolleyes1

So OS are naiive to believe that Obama could be elected, yet Hillary supporters are still believing that she has a chance to make the nomination...:rotfl2:

Like PA, in NJ they are closed Primaries. Hillary won all but 2 of them.
So she was clearly the Democrats choice.

Ugh! The caucuses are the biggest JOKE! I went to ours in MN and it was the MOST unorganized thing I ever been too. I will never go to another caucuses!

The ones here in WA were painful. The second one, because one is never enough was the one that had me threatening to vote republican, locked in a gym for 10+ hours, I left before it was over. Horrible experience!

I know in my state there has been talk about getting rid of the caucus because so many people complain.

I sure hope something is done about because they are just awful
