well IN is closer than I thought it would be. Guess lots of people are getting tired of all this division and of being told that Hillary has had no chance for a long time. She still got the majority of the blue collar voters.

Lanny Davis looks very upset at the panel. The panel tonight from the beggining was bias even before the votes started coming in :confused3 . He had enough of that for sure.

I cant see the SD taking this away from Obama. Unless something comes up that is a bad WOW moment for him. I also see Edwards coming out for Obama at this point.

I have always stated that the US is not ready for a woman pres. and we would have a Black POTUS before a woman. I say congrats to Obama for a great win in NC. I think all we can hope for is a bad wow moment for Obama.

Or her being VP :thumbsup2

I think deep in my heart - that he'll be the nominee also - I just don't see the supers changing it. I also think deep in my "gut" that McCain is going to win in November. Dems are a tolerant bunch - we nominated a woman and an african american! The rest of the country? I think there will be enough Hillary voters and independents to break off and vote McCain - in the swing states (MO, FL, OH to name a few). Time will tell...........

I'm not surprised by NC at all, in Nov it'll be McCain country.

Best bet is still Hillary with the critical states to beat McCain. :thumbsup2

....and lets not forget Fl & MI!!!!!!!!!!!! They HAVE too be counted!
Otherwise the Dems will have a illegitimate candidate.:guilty:

ya know went over to the OS thread and congratulated then on there great win and i ment it....well the usuall jerks are in there still insulting Hillary. Saying she is begging for money and that she still cant count ans all theses other nasty things.

We have never ever insulted Obama after he has lost a state calling him all kinds of nasty names and bragging about her win and how stupid he is. It makes me so not to want to vote for Obama just for spite. Makes me want McCain to win just for spite....the DEM party has me fed up also. Maybe I will just turn REP :rotfl2:  :lmao:

Hillary better work very hard to get me to vote for Obama because even though I dont want McCain I dont want Obama just as much and I dont put all the blame on Obama I put a good deal of it on the media and OS.

They were on their sugar high from winning a state that they always knew they would win. I thought you were very nice with your congratulations and were slammed in a childish manner for no reason whatsoever.

Thanks Robin and I did mean it. Its just a couple posters that get under my skin...not all of them :thumbsup2 the last few times that I have gone over there I have congratulated posters. I was impressed on Pr for all her work in PR on her passion for Obama support. and a couple other things and than I just get...basically told to get the heck out.

When one of your posters come here (and you know which one :rolleyes1 ) he comes here starting trouble. I get that they will say stuff over there about Hillary and expect nothing less. But insulting the candidate that lost a state that we all knew he would win and laughing about it...is what upset me. It was like siting and watching a bunch of parents laugh at a team that is loosing...because there child's team is winning.

That is what got me upset...it was not that they were laughing so much at Hillary it was the principle of laughing at someone and calling them in so many words...a looser. To me that is poor sportsmanship.

I guess that I would just recommend for your own sanity that you stay out of the Obama thread and when certain OS come over here to stir the pot, ignore that person. People like that want to engage you in an argument to prove that they are "right" and if you don't give him the opportunity they will go elsewhere.

Did any one heard Toobing on CNN talking about how fishy it is that Lake County is not reporting yet?

Please don't do that! I'm sorry you got those responses on the OS thread. I just posted to that thread tonight, because I am an Obama supporter. I have avoided virtually all political threads because they get so nasty.
Looks like Hillary is going to win IN, so congrats to the Hillary supporters!
I didn't watch her speech tonight, but if she was soliciting funds, who can blame her? They need the funds to keep going. She would be letting down her supporters if she didn't do all she could keep going. Everyone needs to keep in mind that this is a tight race, and who knows what will happen between now and November. I voted for Obama, but if he doesn't get the nomination, I will be voting for Hillary in November. :hippie:

I knew you were smarter than me :thumbsup2

Thank you! Congratulations on SC :). If Hillary doesn't win I'll be voting for Obama in November :hippie:.
I knew you were smarter than me :thumbsup2
Oh hell no! I'm still duking it out over the "Shrillary" crack.

See, we can come together! Why can't everyone see that the division between the two bases is just hurting our party? Maybe we need a Unity Thread??

I am concerned about the late reporting in Lake County though. I just don't want any problems. This country really needs some voter reform. I'm afraid I will wake up in the morning, turn on the Today show and find out it is still "too close to call".

:rotfl2: so I see :lmao: seems my congratulations upset a few posters.....guess they did not think I meant it. Funny if someone from the Obama thread came here and said congrats I would believe them and appreciate there good sportsmanship even knowing that Hillary is not there favorite person:confused3

Don't ya always shake the hands of the winning team and the winners shake the hands of the loosing team :confused3 at least that's what I have always taught my kids....guess the same does not apply in Politics:goodvibes

Funny when ya look at the IN map she has one almost all the areas...yet she may not win it...and NO I WILL NOT go over and say congrats again  :rotfl:

Sore losers are one thing.

BUT Sore Winners are :headache: !

I don't go there or the Liberal Thread any more. Don't enjoy the intense hatred of Hillary, because I feel it trickles down to the Hillary supporters.

There's no more liberal comraderie. That's sad.

I feel bad that happened to you, Robin. I don't have a problem with folks being happy or disappointed on either threads, (and all the emotions in between) I just think we need to be sensitive to each other (when visiting threads) because we're going to need each other to soundly defeat McCain. None of us wants McCain to live in the White House. Peace to all.:flower3:

I agree with you 1000%. We need to support each other. I'm posting on both threads, but I don't want anyone to think I'm playing both ends against the middle. This is frustrating for everyone. But like you said, we don't want McCain to waltz in to the White House.

You said it very well! :goodvibes

uggg :scared: its close...still waiting for this count to come in is pressing. They are still questioning why it is taking so long....

For the OS that are coming in here congrats on such a great win and a so close if not a win in IN :thumbsup2 sorry but I wont venture in your thread to say that again :rotfl2: I may not be a Obama fan but I get your excitment of the wins...it's a great feeling so I am puting myself in your shoes and I am truly happy for you  and the great feelings that you are feeling.
