She's been released according to CNN.

No, they're saying that they don't know what the deal is, but that the report that she's not been released is there and stands as far as they know.

Apparently - She was going to a different bldg for a test and is now back. Again I say

Well, since I have posted, they corrected it. What I saw on TV and from Anderson Cooper was that she was released. Now, it has been retracted.

That's the problem with the media. Now that we can watch things as they happen, the media is in such a rush to show us the news that they present the story before they know all the facts.

That hospital, by the way, is like a city within a city -- takes up several blocks of Washington Heights. I'm not surprised Sec. Clinton had to go to another building within the complex for tests. I suspect the move was done in this manner to protect her dignity, since she does travel with an entourage and would be very noticeable. Another patient would have been moved on a stretcher, maybe in an ambulette.

Apparently that test went well -

She now HAS been discharged from the hospital. So says a State Dept. official release.
