Yep, I leave on Friday! Because we are so many hours ahead, even though the two flights together are around 17 hours, I arrive on Friday too! Argh, so close!

Oh yeah that was the only amusing thing about having to leave Australia. My flight from Sydney landed at LAX a couple of hours "before" I had even left. Sounds like we'll be there around the same time, I hope you have a more than tolerable flight and fun vacation!

Our Magical Express info and luggage tags arrived in the mail today! Now it feels so real and close 32 days and counting!!!!!

I am going that night too and so excited its open so late!!

We will be there that night as well!! Landing in late afternoon, checking into the Poly and headed to the Kingdom! Some of our best memories have been during evening EMH. So glad that they extended to 1am!

It's almost October! I can hardly believe it, some of our October crew are headed to Disney this week! YAY!

I know! But by the time I finally go, most people will be back!

Eek! Sounds like you didn't have a great one! We are flying to Houston, then on to Orlando, so hoping that having a long leg, then a short one works better for the whole sleeping side of things!

Ok...i leave in 1 week and just when I thought I had all my dining reservations finalized I started studying my choices. I'm traveling with NON Disney lovers (it's their first time and I'm hoping to convert them). So...i need opinions...i want the best viewing for illuminations. I now have an adr at La Hacienda de San Angel at 8p.m. Should I change it to Tokyo Dining or Rose & Crown (if it's even available)????
I need to wow these people!!!!

IF you can get Rose&Crown it is amazing. We snagged one for August -right on water, amazing food, great beer and so wonderful to have seats for Illuminations. We did the Tokyo Dining a few years ago-the balcony is fine, but you really can't see from inside (seats!) of the restaurant. But it is just nice to have a seat while waiting for the show, and La Hacienda would still be great.
