Hertz nearest WDW

I wil lbe flying down to WDW for 1 day in Nov. We'll take ME to AKL. We are meeting family the next day to drive over to the port. We planned on getting a rental at the Hertz at MCO, but now I am wondering if it will be less hassle for me to get one near AKL and drive it to the airport and pick the rest of the family up. We will have several bags andthen need to set a time with ME to get back to MCO to meet up with the gang. If we get there early, we'll have to lug several bags around. If we have our car already I won't have to hassle with transfering bags several times.
Does anyone know if there is one close by and if they will shuttle us to pick up the car?

Look on the Hertz site for their locations. As to one being near AKL, not likely, Alamo/National is the only rental agency on Disney property. Downtown may have a "desk", but, you will have to research that. As to a shuttle, have no clue. You could also call Hertz and ask for locations near disney.

Thanks. I did look on their site and I had a hard time figuring what was close. I'll check out shades of green. I might have to call.My SIL works for Hertz, but her answer was, there are several in the area.
