Here now - PhotoPass issues?

Good morning, everyone. Is anyone else having big problems with missing PhotoPass photos this week? We're missing a bunch of character photos that were taken at Epcot on Friday and almost all of the photos that we took yesterday at Hollywood Studios. Trying to figure out if this is a system-wide thing to just wait out or whether I should start submitting missing photo forms. Thanks!

We went on Test Track Friday morning and we got someone else's car photo. Our photo showed up Saturday night. We did get other on-ride and photopass pictures from Friday quickly.

Are you checking on the app or on the website? The pictures update on the website much faster than on the app. If you're using the app, make sure you log out and then log back in to check to see if your pictures are on there.

Yes! We are missing photos from the last two days. I talked with a photographer yesterday at Epcot and she said they've been having problems since Friday and that the photos should appear in the next few days. We'll see...

Just a note on missing ride photos.....I know the ride uses a chip to pick up the photo but we've found that if we still manually swipe under our picture at the ride's exit we 100% get our photo. Sometimes we still get someone else's photo but we always get ours. Last year when we didn't swipe, we'd get someone else's photo but NOT ours on many occasions.

We are having problems as well. Early in the week our photos were showing up right away, but the system has been acting funny since Thursday. Our photos from Splash and 7DMT are missing from Friday and Mickey and Goofy from Character Spot last night. Oddly enough the Minnie photos are there. I noticed the website was down most of the night. Crossing our fingers it resolves soon

Yep, definitely taking longer than usual and I'm frequently not able to get in on the website at all (it just times out). On the app the pics are coming up randomly (and I confirmed that my "funnel" was set for "Most Recent") - it'll show a pic from Friday, then one from last December, then one from March. Some I saw later disappeared. We asked in Epcot and they basically just gave us the card and told us to call (I've never gotten any real help from any of the photopass locations on site). I'd give it a day or two for each set of pics but then call tomorrow if necessary (they seem much more competent there and I've always had luck getting everything I needed to find quickly).

We were there a couple weeks ago and had some picture with Kylo and chewy not show up. A photographer told me after 24 hours go by their shop( they have one in each park I know) and they can find them. It was quick because I knew the time we were there. They found the pictures and added them. They didn't know why they hadn't added to my mde, I had my band swiped.
