Just wondering if anyone could help me out getting a good rate on a flight from either Philadelphia or Allentown, PA? DH announced to me tonight he wanted to try and plan a quick 4 night stay in Disney with our tax return if the total would be about $1000. for hotel, flight and tickets. The hotel and tickets will be easy (my son is only 2 and my Mother in law has a ticket with 5 days left from the last time she went to Disney :teeth: ) . I'm just worried now about getting a cheap flight. It would be for April 29-May 3. Thanks for any help!!! I'm really trying to make this happen, since I've been begging to go back since our honeymoon in 2000!!!! :D

Since I am originally from Bucks County, it will a pleasure to you some guidance.
I checked your dates on www.usairways.com and found several flights for 2 adults totalling $365.xx. The flight times are quite good from PHL.
I didnot check for flights from ABE.

Have a great trip.

I would recommend that you book the USAir flight asap. We found that USAir is matching the prices for Southwest for very limited seats per flight. SW starts flying in May so it looks like you may be close enough to get the cheap fare. I have never flown Airtran but I heard their prices are cheap, but not direct. In my experience if you can get airfare out of Philly for less than $200 for a direct flight, you should grab it.

Thanks so much everyone for all the help!!! I'm gonna try and get DH to call soon to reserve the USAir flight.

I also have AAA, do you think it would be better to call direct to USAir or go through AAA?? Would I get more options for departure/arrival times with one over the other???

If if think that $365 round trip is reasonable, you book the flight NOW. Air fares change daily if not hourly.
Book at www.usairways.com and you can pick your flight times that you like best.
Have a great trip.:wave2:
