I am pleading with anyone out there that can help me. We went to WDW last year and Katlyn purchased "Ashley" (our name). We got her at the outlet center for $12, I am pretty sure she was called "My Girl Disney". She is approx. 18" high and was dressed in Mickey t-shirt, shorts, ears, waist bag etc. She went with us everywhere and even had her own seat on the plane ride home.
Anyway I need to get another one. The next door neighbors dog ate her a couple days ago. Katlyn still cries herself to sleep asking for Ashley. I have attached pictures. Please, please, please, if there are any out there, can you help me? She doesn't need to be new or have her clothes we just really miss Ashley.
I have checked ebay and can't find one. I even went to laughingplace.com and they have a newer edition of the my girl disney doll. I can't find it anywhere and I am desparate.

My heart goes out to her!
But the newer editions I personally think are a little nicer. They have chubbier faces and come in pink princess jumpsuits.

. You can get Springfield dolls at most larger craft stores like Michaels and AC Moores. Joann's carries them infrequently as well. I can sympathise with Katlyn, when I was 4 I lost my Jingle baby (the doll had a bell inside her - I must have driven my mother crazy) which prompted a late night run to any store that might have a replacement. For what it's worth, even knowing that the Jingle Baby I was given wasn't the same one I lost, I was ok. I don't know your daughter, but perhaps you could show her the options and see if there's a doll she'd like more than a clone of Ashley - for some, it might be feel disloyal to the old Ashley while for others a copy is just what's needed.
You just spread the magic, and inform all of us, and I wanted to thank you!! (I'm still remembering the post you made on CM salaries!!)
