Thank you! That is Yoda in my basket. He is available at Once Upon A Toy at DTD and Tatooine Traders at MGM. He is $5. They also have a small R2D2, C3PO and Storm Trooper plush for $5 each. I love shopping!

My local Disney Outlet in Foley, Alabama didn't recognize the doll. The manager said they get discontinued stuff reguarly and took my number. I'm sorry for the strike out, but thank goodness I see a lot of DIS'ers have come up with some alternatives.

I still haven't found the specific "Ashely" we lost. I wanted to thank you all for your help and suggestions. Many of you have already looked in the parks and called around for me. I spent all day it seems on the phone calling all over Florida. She was no where to be found.

But thanks to kandeebunny Katlyn will be recieving Ashley's sister. kandeebunny was so nice to look for the orginal but couldn't find her and then she purchased the newer version and is sending it to Katlyn.

I appreciate everyones efforts on Katlyn's behalf. I love that this is a place I can come to where others understand you and bend over backwards to help. Keep us in mind in case anyone comes across the original one. I will be on ebay everyday looking.

Sorry to hear about the doll. Was the outfit destroyed too? I found the outfit on eBay. It is included as an extra in an auction with two dolls. Since no one has bid on this auction yet, you could try to email the seller and ask if he/she is willing to separate the outfit from the two dolls and offer you the outfit ("on eBay"). He/she can revise the present item listing to exclude the mouse outfit or wait to see if his/her auction ends with no bids and then work it out.

Just a note of caution, if you are interested in this item... The seller has only 1 feedback and may have a hefty handling charge built into the shipping, from what I can see. Personally, I never bid on items from sellers with such low feedback. As a doll collector, my advice is to skip this auction, post a want it now on eBay, and keep watching eBay. I just bet it will show up eventually, probably Mint in Box.

I am pleading with anyone out there that can help me. We went to WDW last year and Katlyn purchased "Ashley" (our name). We got her at the outlet center for $12, I am pretty sure she was called "My Girl Disney". She is approx. 18" high and was dressed in Mickey t-shirt, shorts, ears, waist bag etc. She went with us everywhere and even had her own seat on the plane ride home.

Anyway I need to get another one. The next door neighbors dog ate her a couple days ago. Katlyn still cries herself to sleep asking for Ashley. I have attached pictures. Please, please, please, if there are any out there, can you help me? She doesn't need to be new or have her clothes we just really miss Ashley.

I have checked ebay and can't find one. I even went to laughingplace.com and they have a newer edition of the my girl disney doll. I can't find it anywhere and I am desparate.

cujochurch and Katlyn. Oh what an awful feeling for Katlyn. I will be in White Plains, NY for training next and I can check the newly opend Disney Outlet Store there but if you think "Penny" of TDS Sweetheart Dolls would ease her pain I wouldladly send her over. I have been collecting Dolls and wouldnt mind sending her over to bring smile to Katlyn. And again I will make sure to check the new outlet... they did say they have old stocks from the all over...

Oh, I know what you are going thru. My DS5 had an Dakin lovie Elmo that he adored from the time he was 3 months old. When he was two, he dropped it out of the stroller at the mall and I didn't notice until we got back home.

My son was so upset! I thought he was going to fall into a depression! He couldn't sleep at night without it. I searched and searched the internet and local stores looking for another one to replace it but they had been discontinued for a long time. Luckily, after days of calling around to all the stores in the mall that we had been to that day, his loveable friend Elmo turned up. DS is almost 6 and STILL sleeps with that tattered old Elmo lovie.

Keep looking and I know you'll find a solution that will help your DD feel better. There has to be one out there somewhere!

cujochurch - Glad you were able to work something out for Katlyn. It was breaking my heart that she was having to go through that. And thank you kandeebuuny that is so awesome of you for doing that! Hopefully this will bring some comfort to Katlyn. My 10yr old DD, still sleeps with a small beanie babie dog and if we ever lost it, I don't know what we would do.

I was cleaning out DD's room last weekend and I think we have that exact doll. She is "loved" but I would be happy to send her to your DD. My DD doesn't play with her anymore.
