What is the app or website that helps you watch for hard to get dining reservations?

touring plans offers i believe one free 'reservation finder', to get more you have to subscribe and i think you get either 2 or 3.

Didn't work for me. It sent me a text saying it found the reservation I wanted -- but the text arrived four hours after it was sent. By then, of course, the reservation was gone. I emailed them and they said too bad, texts sometimes arrive late, and I should google the issue if I want to understand it.
