I have searched the threads and can't find the answer. I know I read it somewhere. I need to stretch out the back strap a little. My new Crocs I got for WDW seem smaller than my other pair (I have noticed the made in China are smaller than the Made in Mexico on two different pairs). My toe is hitting the top of my Niles but my foot fits well until I walk. I can also really feel the back strap with these where I don't on my others. I hate to wear my old pair they are starting to look ratty.

I've had success with heating them up with a hair dryer and then stretching them out by hand. I have the Niles also and they were a little tight on the top and sides. Heating them up and then (gently) pulling on the areas that needed to be a little looser worked great.

A caveat: don't stretch too much! I haven't figured out a way to get them to go back if I stretch too far. Better to do it a little, test it out by walking around, and then repeating if necessary.
