HELP!! with BOG lunch ressie..

So I am able to make a FP+ lunch ressie for BOG, but after going through all of the information, it gives arrival instructions and summary...then I cilck done BUT it wants me to select an option to manage my experience??????
-select or replace
-view
-modify
- or cancel

but it brings me right back to the reservation????
I am afraid to leave the page because there is no reservation # and how do I know I will still have it???

If you have selected a time already, then click on view. This will allow you to see your reservation. If it is there, then you can log out.

If you haven't selected a time, then click on select or replace.

I'm seeing the same thing the OP is seeing. Only the "select or replace" option is clickable. The other options can be seen but cannot be accessed.

This is AFTER choosing a date, time and food. When I get to the page where it tells me when to arrive and who is in my dining party, I click "done" and it takes me back to the home page. I cannot click on "view", "modify meal selections" or "cancel". I can only click on "select or replace". It's as if I never made a reservation.

If I log out and back in, there is no change. I've tried this from multiple devices, operating systems and using different browsers. The result is the same for each and every attempt. There does not seem to be a record that I made a reservation.

I've decided to make a screen capture of the last screen I encounter before clicking "done". I don't know if this will help or not.

Mine does exactly the same thing. Am looking forward to hearing what happens when trying to check in at the restaurant with this issue.

Mine does this same thing, as well. I have the printout, but would love to know if we are really in the system or not...

that is all anyone has. there have been very few reports of anyone having a problem. Bring the printout just in case but you probably won't need it

I misunderstood then. It sounded like others, when they go in the BOG page, can select things like "View" "Modify" or "Cancel". I (and the other posters on this thread, from what I can tell) cannot select any of those things--I can only click on "Select or Replace" which, when I do that, it acts as if I am making a brand new reservation and there is no indication that I have one. So what if, for instance, my son changes his mind about what he wants to eat? (He won't, I'm just saying.) Or what if we'd like to change our arrival window (this is more likely than the previous)? There is no way to modify or even view what we already have--is that how it is for everyone? So if we need/want to make changes, we start over with an all new reservation?
 
I find all kinds of issues using Internet Explorer, but when I log in using Mozilla Firefox it works great! Try that?
 
Both my sister and I have apple products and use safari. Hers shows up where she can modify etc. and mine doesn't. I used a fastpass + for BOG in January and that reservation was fine! I could view and modify but it is the one I have for April is unable to view/modify. I tried making it twice with the same result. I am going to bring my printout.

I've tried Firefox, IE, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari. It doesn't work with any of them.

I have tried on laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. Both Apple and android devices. Using Windows 8 and operating systems all the way back to Windows 2000 as well as Apple iOS 7 and previous versions with no success.
 
I think the system is imploding from over use because they didn't expect all of us to be trying to make reservations without an invite!

I was able to make a reservation. But it won't let me cancel or change it. :( I am able to select a new time and it will show me my "new arrival window", but then after I press the button it just has my old time. So, I tried to cancel. When I do that I get a message saying sorry and to visit guest services for help. Boo hoo! I want to change my time! I've tried firefox, Chrome and IE.
 
Try again! Mine finally worked. I really think they are having system problems. Just keep trying.
