Help me plan our days!

I need help!

I just booked the Sanaa lunch with the Animal Specialists & it has thrown a wrench in my planning!!

Our dates are Monday 10/7-Friday 10/11. We get in late on Sunday & am staying at WL.

We go every 2-3 years, are Rope Droppers, & avoid EMH. Usually take breaks in the mid-day. We are not big on park hopping but we do it as needed.

We will split EP & HS on the same day
1 day MK
1 day AK
1 day resort/wishes/fantasmic
last day in unplanned, our flight leaves at 8, so I'm assuming we will leave on ME around 5pm.

Dining musts:

Kona breakfast

Boma dinner

The Sanaa lunch is on Wednesday at 12 noon.

Original Plan

Monday 10/7 Epcot & HS & fantasmic.
Tuesday 10/8 MK
Wednesday 10/9 break day--originally Kona for breakfast & Jiko for dinner
Thursday 10/10 AK & Boma for dinner
Friday 10/11 open

I think I want to do AK on Wednesday? Maybe switch the break day to Thursday? Urgh, so tough!

Why do you want to switch your break day? I don't have any experience with AK, I've never been there, but I would guess it's going to take some time to leave to get to AKL for Sanaa, then a long lunch there with the Animal Specialists, and then a bus ride back. It seems like it might make more sense for your lunch ADR day to be your break day. But I'm less than an expert, so maybe someone else can weigh in!
