On our last trip, we would have a big breakfast then go all day until dinner.
This time we have decided to it differently. A very light breakfast and then an early lunch, dinner at around 6.30.
This means, as we are in a park for 12hrs & upwards per day, taking a lunch & dinner break will be very welcomed, especially as we are going with my parents as their health requires it.
I am fine with dinner, have it all planned out but I need some ideas for lunch.
It can be either CS or TS (we have delux plan - we're foodies) and it needs to have healthy, light options - I don't want to feel 'heavy' afterwards.
Thanks for any suggestions
