Help me choose, please!!

Right now my DD (will be 8) and I are booked on the 6/6/15 Norway cruise. I was really excited about it, having been on 4 Disney cruises previously, and quite looking forward to fjords and Copenhagen. But reading these trip reports has made me long for ABD and Costa Rica next year would be wonderful. I'm so torn! Please help me decide!

I would do the cruise. I think it is a pretty safe bet that the Costa Rica ABD will be offered indefinitely whereas you don't know when DCL might go back to Norway. We are doing the Iceland/Norway cruise B2B with the Baltics cruise and are booked on the ABD add-on for the Baltics cruise. We have waited for 5 years for DCL to go back to the Baltics. We had no intention of booking 2 long cruises but couldn't pass up Iceland/Norway on the theory that it might be another 5 years before DCL goes back there.

Which Baltics cruise are you doing Calfan? I'm going on the July 10th one! And I completely agree btw. The Norway cruise is special and may not happen every year, whereas the Costa Rica ABD sounds like a staple. I'm with you though on wanting to go on different adventures after having read several of the different trip reports!

I will chime in that Calfan and BrennaM are correct in that the Costa Rica ABD is one of the original ABD's offered to the public when ABD started up in 2006. And has run every year since. So the chance is REALLY good that you will still be able sign up to do Costa Rica next year. I'd be shocked if it was otherwise.

We are also on the July 10 Baltics cruise (and the June 29 Iceland/Norway cruise right before it). I am so excited. First things first, though. We leave tomorrow for Prague for the Central Europe ABD. Trying not to focus too much on our 2015 trips until we enjoy our 2014 adventure .
