You will want to make sure that DCL has your reservations linked together, that way they will be attached to you for dinner and will show online for booking excursions. Everything is really based on availability. Since you're sailing concierge, I'm betting they'll pull some strings for you. If you are on the first dinner rotation, that is usually the hardest to add people to and a lot of times when you do something like this they have to move you to second dining (but again, since you're concierge it may be different).

Unfortunately, all of your questions will really have to be answered by DCL because there's no way to know what the availability is without looking online or speaking with them.

So we leave Sunday in 4 days, in laws are booking today to go on the same cruise. We are sailing concierge- is it going to be possible for us to: 1. Add them to our table/rotation for dinner 2. Book them on our excursion- I think this will be the easiest. 3. Add them to our cabana we are a family of 5, so we just need to add one person. 4. Add them to our Palo??? I can't call shoreside right now bc I don't have their room number yet. So.last.minute.

Shoreside should be able to address all these issues. Email them with your in laws reservation number then follow up with a call. You won't need a stateroom number.
