Help! I'm a DLRP Menu addict!!

How amazing would it be if when you came back the Auberge was your fave meal of the trip??

Bob xoxoxox

We loved the food at Auberge but there again I like most things - I eat anything and everything and lots of it

I'm now doing a spreadsheet on food.... Cheers for the idea Bob! :lmao:

Its the best way! I have one for budgets as well! My other spreadsheets are for wedding guests and wedding costs.... And rabbit names....

What did you eat at the Auberge?

Bob xoxox

WE ate there at Easter 07 soon after it became a princess meal and changed. You got a choice of starter then not like now.
I had the smoked salmon then veal then the chocolate slipper, DH had foie gras, veal and slipper, DD had the childrens starter, chicken and slipper.
The food was absolutely gorgeous though - as good as in a lot of restaurants round France - not theme park food at all. It was definitely worth the money.

Theres lots of photos and a review in the Auberge thread

Its just a shame there isnt a bit more choice though

Are you going to print it out and take it to the park with you?

I do wish they sold the slipper in some other restaurants......... The old style slipper like I've seen on the Walts thread.....

I'm currently making my lunch (Jacket potato with Mozzerella).... Its not quite Cafe Mickey is it??

Bob xoxoxox

I'm not quite that bad......yet....!

I went to Silver Spur last time and had their set Menu and I would never go there again.
The food was cold and the portions were tiny, it was not value for money.

The moral of the story is never order the set menu or go on dining plan. we order a la carte and have had excellent meals over a dozen times there. The steakhouse and California Grill are the only others with such consistant quality.

As far as I'm aware, the characters are in Cafe Mickey at all dining times...

....I would love to try Walts but its never open when we're there!! My fiancee is always gutted about that as he really wants to eat there too....

Walt's is a great setting, particularly during parades. Out of the 10 meals there, 4 have been excellent, 5 ok, and 1 bad. Personally I think the Silver Spur is better quality.

quick question. do you always get the same thing to eat in the restaraunts or do you try out something different each time. what can anyone recommend off the annettes or cm menu

annette's - i love the new greatest hits menu - chilli cheese dog, bacon cheese burger and chicken burrito, with fries - 19 euro. add a pint of Cherry coke and follow with a sundae or milkshake - yum.

Pizza and pasta are two good options for the overrated CM.

:cool1:
