Help! DS colored my carpet.

I have company coming tonight and DS just colored my cream carpet blue. Anyone know how to remove it? The first section is about 2 feet long and 2 inches wide and the secind section is is like 10 inches long and 5 inches wide. This one is a new one for me. I can handle it on the wall but mot my carpet.

if it was with crayon wd40 will take it out...it will be stinky but it will come out..

You could try Goo Gone. That will remove crayons, latex paint and a host of other things. Just pour it on an old rag and blot the color up. Be careful not to get the carpeting too wet with the Goo Gone though as it could loosen the glue on the backing of the carpeting.

I was going to recommend a couple of throw rugs, but the other suggestions are better.
