Help! Disney Pop Pal infomation needed...

Hey, I was asked to look on the Internet to see if I could find information on a Disney Pop Pal made by a company called Konner.

It is a black top hat about 3 inches tall and when you press a button mickey mouse pops up... its quite old (70's maybe) and I cant find anything on the Internet regarding value..

Can anyone assist in advising what this is worth ? or where I can find info on values of Disney collectables.. ?
