Help Choosing offsite hotel...

We are planning to arrive 3 days prior to checking into our Disney resort. We thought we would do maybe Seaworld, Midieval Times and Downtown Disney during this time. I am deciding between 2 hotels that have good reviews at a good price. They are Caribe Royale and Holiday Inn Downtown disney.

Which if these would you recommend? We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys under 10. Pros and Cons? Would one be better for travelling to the areas mentioned than the other? We will have a car.

The Double Tree Lake Buena Vista. It is right across the street from downtown disney... All of the rooms are suites. great customer service and actually a really nice hotel. We would stay their again but were going to try out POR this year. But i'd recommend the double tree anyday.

To me the Holiday Inn is too 'Big Box' and its only saving grace is the location.
In that same range of price I think is the Radisson on 535 just outside Disney. I stayed there in 2010 and loved it.
Caribe Royal looks nice, I was lloking at it for Feb but we ended up going with WorldQuest
