Help! Another GAD Ticket Question

My family has GAD vouchers and we were planning on visiting in late Dec/Jan. I guess I was out in left field somewhere because I didn't realize they had to used by Dec 15 until this week.

I wanted to visit in late Dec and use the voucher toward APs. So...my question(s): Do I have to go to WDW to use these toward the purchase of APs or is there a way to buy from somewhere in GA. Like a Disney Store or something. Is there a way to do this online? I think I know the answer but thought I would ask. Do we all have to be present?

Also....let's say we go to WDW and use the tickets toward the purchase of APs when do those APs become active? Is it at the point of sale or is it when I first use the tickets? In other words could I purchase in Oct but not use/activate until Jan?

One last question: My DD and myself each have a one-day unused ticket from a MYW ticket. (Those tickets were never activated or used in any way) Anyway can I use the GAD and the MYW ticket together toward the purchase of a AP?

1. The GAD voucher may be redeemed only at a WDW Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Office.

2. Each person who has a GAD voucher must be present and provide proper identification to redeem the voucher. One person cannot just carry the IDs and redeem all the vouchers.

3. The ticket which is issued must be used on the day of issue or it becomes void.

4. If you upgrade the ticket to an AP, or you get an AP directly by upgrading the voucher, the effective date of the AP will be the date the GAD voucher was used, and expiration will be on year from that date.

5. By definition an upgrade is taking one ticket and adding cash (or similar) and ending up with one ticket with more entitlements. You cannot combine two tickets to get one ticket with more features.*

* The only exception to this rule is at the water parks where you can combine a one day water park ticket with a base or hopping MYW ticket and a payment to end up with a MYW ticket with the WPF&M option. Your payment will be the difference in price between the one day water park ticket and the cost of the WPF&M option plus tax on the difference.
