Heat Stroke - Special Waiting Area?

DH told me there is a pass/certificate you can get for someone who is effected by the heat so they can wait in a shaded area for the rides. Is this true and how would I go about getting this pass? DM has suffered twice with heat stroke and we want to make sure she stays nice and cool. We are going in November so it shouldn't be too bad.

However, in 2009 we are going in July because that is when the WHOLE family can go. We'll just take it slow. She is a DVC member so she'll have many more trips to take to WDW! Any help you can give will be great. Thanks.
