OKAY I am in the process of having another dress designed for Savannah... I am loving this lady who makes her dresses :rotfl:

Anyway... the style will be an A line dress and at the top will have this mickey head (by the way this is her animal kingdom dress..)

that basic design but it will be bigger and have her name on the mickey....

Anyway I can't decide what safari type fabric to go with the dress... here are my ideas and you tell me which one you think I should go with

I like A but not sure if it would go with the mickey head?

They would all be adorable. From the picture, number three looks as though it would be the best match, but I think all of them would be cute.

I think I like option C the best - kind of reminds me of a toille, and I don't know that the appliquing would look busy on this one, as it would on the others.

Option B also somewhat reminds me of the animal silhouettes in the AK logo.

I'm sure it will turn out darling, whatever fabric you pick!

I enjoyed the weight loss chat yesterday - the discipline and thought that goes into dieting on here was very impressive to me! You have me thinking about doing the WW points plans, just to make some lifestyle changes. So, thanks for that. :goodvibes

For the poster that asked about Il Mulino - I have heard mixed reviews on that spot. Isn't that a famous NYC restaurant (Greenwich Village, maybe)? We used to have an Il Mulino here in Dallas, and when it opened about 5 years ago, they made a HUGE deal about how it was famous in NYC, they had never opened another version of it, etc. I know the one got mixed reviews here, and ultimately closed after a year or two because Texans just weren't enamored with paying $40+ for pasta dishes. I think they now have opened other locations, not just Orlando.

Have great days, ladies! :flower3:

Brooke, I like C. I agree that it looks sort of like a toile.
I am going to Dillard's today to get a Wacoal minimizer. Every time I take pictures all I can see are the girls. :rotfl:

Has anyone tried Sassybax?
Here is the website ...
http://sassybax.com/
Oprah supposedly wears these too ...

What about Spanx? Or the Target version Assets? I live in those when I have to go somewhere "nice" ...

arbonette- Have you used the strapless one from Sassybax? Just wondering how this thing fits and if it gives you that extra lift you need with a strapless. I can never get a strapless to work!

Day 2- No carbs!!:yay:

Hello Neighbor!:flower3: I went to a private party at the American Girl store last year, it was fun looking at all the dolls. The party had nothing to do with the store or the dolls they just used the store. We got to walk around and have cocktails through out the whole store. It was fun. DH and DS4 like to go to the NBA store. I've never been there. I only go to Fifth Avenue below 57th St when necessary. I try to avoid it otherwise. I just can't deal with all the tourist. I hate how I'm trying to walk to the World of Disney and you get 20 people taking their pictures in front of Tiffany's and Trump Tower. Then come to the corner and they stop and stare UP. Can you please admire the skyscrappers from somewhere else other than the crosswalk!!:rotfl: I try to hit World of Disney when they first open at 10am. The crowds are few and I can actually shop!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You discribe everything perfectly!!! I run into the city very quickly during the holidays to see the tree, saks and macys. I do it during the week, so there are less tourists because its sooooooo frustrating.

I am trying to get into the World of Disney for awhile now. How is it the website makes it look soooo cute. My DH is dying to go to ESPN (I really hate it there, but he loves it) and I was thinking about checking it out.

I like C what a cute dress that will be. A while back I was reading through the boutique thread where people show the boutique Disney clothing they make. I can sew a little and my Mom is really good I was all fired up to make stuff but it never actually happened.

I like the Wacol line I have a lot of their stuff. My girls deflated, I can't really say they shrank it's like they lost all the air. I went from a 42DD ro a 36C which is amazing I got the reduction I wanted and no more back and shoulder pain I just have to remember I need a total coverage bra or the extra skin will seep out and form a third ****.

I am back to eating pretty much anything I want even sugar doesn't bother me. I stay away from it because once I got off that drug I am staying away! Same for caffeine getting off that was awful but I did it and I wont' go back. When my family was here for Christmas I had to buy chips and Coke for them and I felt like I was buying Heroin!

I work out 5-6 days a week at the Y so that keeps me pretty hungry. I focus on protein and allow myself small portions of carbs. If I want a snack I usually have one of the 100 calorie snacks. They have them for everything now, crunchy stuff, popcorn, cookins I even found them for M&M's and 3 Musketeer Bars but I ran away from them as fast as I could! I had to stop buying the little cupcake 100 calorie packs because I LOVE them and it's literally 6 bites and they are gone and that is just too fast for me!

I am going to Florida for Eater week to see family and needing a Disney fix so I am hoping to go 1 or 2 days. I have an actual trip planned for April at the WL that I have been tweaking with the ADRs and trip plans.

This is my first spring being thin so the shopping was been SO fun. Any time I want to eat something I shouldn't I just think of the Lilly Pulitzer size 2 skort I bought and that keeps me faithful! I actually don't want to lose any more weight but I do wish to maintain where I am.

I took my DD to the AG store in NYC this summer and it was so crowded it was ridiclous! We went back the next day right before they closed and it was a lot better. I couldn't help doing the math when we were there 10,000 little girls all carying one of those super big red bags = a minimum $100....oh my! We are going back to NYC for a few days this summer too so just lump me in with all the tourists!

I love the wacoal minimizer!!!!:cheer2: its comfy and doesn't squish you at all!!!

I have bought Spanx but gave the torture suit awa. I like comfort :rotfl2: it also gave me muffin spill over :lmao:
I know lots of people who like spanx though so maybe I am the only freak.

As to strapless bras if you are large on top you want a full bustier rather than a strapless bra. The busier actually holds you up by your back and waist line. Strapless bras are for itty bitty girls going to the prom :rotfl2:

Praline, that Miss Mary Mack is the lady that is making the girls their MIckey Easter Peep tees....they should arrive any day...hopefully today & I'll post pics....she is AWESOME. She came recommended to me by a central IL friend I met a while ago on Ebay. She also recommended the lady that painted the pretty sweatshirts. Anyway....Miss MM is great and sooo nice to work with.:thumbsup2

I wasn't sure about the fabric choices....I was going to say I didn't like C...it looks kind of old personish to me, but everybody chose it, so what do I know?!:rotfl: :rotfl: I can't picture it w/the Mickey head I guess.....seems too serious or something.

I went out to bfast w/a friend....nice long sit and chat time. I was SO GOOD....only one piece of ww toast, egg white/spinach omlet w/tobasco, turkey sausage patties and a bit of fruit. I am starving now though.....Gotta think of something to eat to tide me over til snack time later since it was a big bfast I am skipping a real lunchy lunch.

So....what about AI last night?? I thought the guy that sang Eleanor Rigby was good and so was Brooke and Carly....oh and my Australian hunk.:thumbsup2 OH! And I was GOOD on my points yesterday!!!! No cheating and I went to bed hungry and woke up feeling thinner.:rotfl:

Mare.
..about Il Molino. I have heard only mixed things, too...nothing outstandingly good ever at all. Kevin from the Dis unplugged podcast did a review a few months ago. Maybe you can find it on Itunes...I am not sure exactly when - but I believe last fall, late. It wasn't pretty. I have that review in my mind when I think of Il Molino. I have heard better things about the new Italian place in Epcot.

Anybody heard from Kelly????:confused3 :confused3

Happy Day! I am off to stuff Easter Eggs and get a box ready to ship to the GF!! :goodvibes

The lady that is making my dress is going to buy that applique from her to sew on the dress...she isn't the one making the dress.

Those are adorable Channing!!!!!
They will be cute for Easter!!!! If the girls don't grow too much you can save them for next Easter too :rotfl2:

I think we finally figured out the next custom dress for Animal Kingdom. We are going to use the toile print (C)
I liked A better but like I said... it might have been too loud with the Mickey head...

The Mickey hat will be red and she will use red lettering for her name on the mickey head. Its going to be ADORABLE
Since we are doing the special safari tour she will be cute in all of the pics I take of the tour :rotfl:

I love the tees - they are perfect!! Lu & Jo will love them I'm sure...

They want to get dressed up on Easter so they have cute dresses, but maybe they'll change out of them after we have the egg hunt and go out for Easter brunch. I also have adorable custom bunny bows for them. Girls are fun.:goodvibes

I think of all the stuff I ordered, I have to say these tees, and sweatshirts, flip flops and hair bows are the best and made very well.....I wasn't so lucky wiht the skirts and the lady that made the matching tees to the skirts. Oh well. They're cute but not PERFECT.;) The people that did the best were the ones that were recommended to me by friends. PetKeepers, Debi0702, and Miss Mary Mack. They are great Ebayers and do professional work. :thumbsup2

I am so high on caffeine right now....I feel so anxious and have to keep moving.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: fingers going super fast!!!!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Now that is TOO FUNNY!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Never thought I'd see that thing again.:lmao:

AND the NERVE!!!! She charged me $50!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS shipping!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh, ya....stay away from this one.
