Who is everyone using for grocery delivery to your resort these days?

Used Kroger and loved them last year. This year they canceled my delivery less than a day before with no options to reschedule until over a day after. Ended up using Publix through Shipt with target 360. It was fine, but a few things were not put in the cold labeled bags so they had to be thrown out.

I’m here at WDW now and saw a piece on the local news about Kroger closing their distribution center. Apparently over 1,000 people will be out of a job and since Kroger received financial incentives for establishing the center, Florida may go after them for restitution.

I just used Amazon Prime (Whole Foods). All 26 items in stock and delivered. The produce looks great. No complaint about the prices, some of which were lower than what I'd pay at my local Walmart!

How does Amazon Prime work for grocery delivery? I'm an Amazon Prime member, but I can't figure out how to order groceries from them-at least nothing fresh, frozen, or produce.

It's super simple; you just click on "Groceries" on the menu - it's the last option to the right. And then you can choose either Whole Foods or Amazon Fresh. They will charge a small fee if you don't sign up for an extra monthly grocery subscription, but in my experience it was still coming out less than Instacart because they don't mark up each individual item. This obviously may vary depending upon your selections. We have the grocery subscription now though because we use it at home - $10 a month. They are also great about issuing refunds if anything is incorrect.

Thanks, but when I checked, it wasn't anywhere on the menu. The last option on the right is "Pet Supplies" on mine. Is it possible that the problem I have is that they're looking at my home address, and they (amazon) don't do grocery delivery in my home area, so I can't get to it for the WDW area? I tried putting "groceries" in the search bar, but I only get non-perishable items. No fruit, dairy, fresh veggies, ice cream, etc.

Make sure you have your delivery address set as the "Deliver to" address at WDW when you are shopping. You can add multiple addresses in your account, then switch to the one for your WDW hotel.

We used Dizzy Dolphin several times many years ago, without problems, but their prices seemed to keep getting higher. We haven't had any issues with Walmart and its way cheaper.
We noticed the same. And the last time we ordered from them, quality had gone down. It seems that the original owners have sold, so I'm not surprised quality has declined. They used to be the BEST!

First, change your delivery address to the address of your Disney resort. Then on the left side of the search bar there should be a drop down menu—select Amazon Fresh from there. That’s how it is on my device, hope it works for you!

Have used Garden Grocer for years. Never any issues for us. Nice that our “favorites” are stored on the app. Alcohol delivery without any roadblocks. Prices may be a little inflated, but it’s all relative. We don’t use any other food delivery services regularly back home, so it’s nice to use a familiar vendor when we’re at WDW.

ETA: we rent a car most trips now, so we stop at Publix on the way and forgo delivery.

Dizzy is too expensive with their 60% mark-up. That is who we used for years. Never again.

Garden Grocer provides a good service, but they have high mark-up on generally will not go outside of the items on their website.

We gave Magical Vacation Services a chance. Great response times and super nice guy, but he made a lot of substitutions we did not "okay" after we said no substitutions. We had several things we threw in the trash because we did not want them. :(

If you are getting a decent amount, I would consider having a Lyft take you to the store and do your own shopping.

I think their success went to their heads, resulting in outrageous mark-ups. They are very, very nice, but have this disillusion that they are the only ones who can properly mark and store your items. They spent several years attacking the competition on their FB page, describing everybody else as incompetent.

We used Walmart+ this year since I used them throughout the year when we needed things delivered to the office. Never had an issue for University or Home delivery, but the two times we got groceries at Coronado and Saratoga, they struggled with drop offs. I put in the instructions and other address details that it was a Disney Resort and to drop off at Bell Services/Front Desk but they either kept trying to deliver to my room directly and got lost a few times over or they couldn't figure out where the front desk was. Eventually the groceries got to me without anything missing so I didn't really care, but I had to guide them both times which was a bit tricky with the language barrier.
