I just had a question about disposable cameras. Which ones do you think are the best for WDW? Which brand? Speed? HQ, Max? There are so many choices.

Yes, in November we used a Kodak disposable camera that I bought at the gift shop at AKL (I packed at the last minute and guess what I forgot). Not sure which one but it came with the pictures on CD when you get it developed. We had excellent results. Very good pictures with excellent color and it was very easy to use as well.

Have a wonderful vacation!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Im afraid I will lose anything else, so I always purchase the Kodak Max cameras from Sam's Club. 3 in a box for $13. I write my name on them in case I leave it behind. (no one wants a disposable)
They work great, pictures are clear. Im not quite ready for a digital yet so I will keep using the disposables.

I used a waterproof one at TL last year. The pictures were quite good! See my TL ones on my link below.

I used a Kodak.

I always take my regular camera AND a max disposable - the disposable is great to give to a CM or another guest to take pictures of me and family - they are foolproof and the pictures come out great.

I have a really nice, small good camera that I often leave at home. I like the Kodak disposable camera that comes with a free CD included in the developing. You can get them on sale for about $9, and if you consider the cost of a roll of film, and the extra amount for a CD to be included in the processing (about $5 more), the cost of convenience of a disposable is almost nothing. I also use the disposable water cameras at the water parks. I use a really thick rubber band as a strap, put it on my upper arm, and it is always handy for a water shot. They take REALLY good pictures, IMO.

I don't know if you all have ever tried having the Kodak CD included in your processing, but the set up and quality and ease of use is amazing. I always get one, whether it is already included in developing or not. IMO, the ones that Walmart produces (tried them once) suck..

I bought a couple of the disposable "Princess" cameras at Target for my daughter. She has a new found fascination for cameras and I don't necessarily want her to use my digital, so I figured she could use the throw away cameras. It makes it even more special that the Disney Princesses are on them!! She will be a couple weeks shy of 6 when we go.

:)
We just used some Fuji ones - regular and underwater. All shots came out great. The regular ones even captured Wishes very well. The underwater ones were used at Discovery Cove and the pool, very clear and lots of fun shots. We bought them at Wal-Mart regular ones were 7.86 for two, underwater were 6.??. Plus Fuji has lots of coupons in the sunday paper.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to have to go to Target now and find the princess cameras for my daughter who's 7. She is also into taking pictures and bugging me for a camera. They do have a princess 35mm camera at WalMart too (not disppsable). I wonder which would take better pictures - probable disposable.
