I was sorting out some old videos last night, as we dont use the video recorder so much now that we have sky+, and thought I would get rid of some of the old ones, and I came across clips that I had saved from when I was on TV. ;) :happytv:

Apart from my very brief blink and you miss me starring role on Dr Who :lmao: I was also filmed signing the condolence book at the death of the Princess Of Wales at Cardiff City Hall, which made the early evening news and once when I was standing outside a car boot sale with my mother and Vicki was about 18 months old, and we made it onto a consumer programme about how desparate people were to bargain hunt at car boots sales, it said these people are stood here in the rain at 8am on a Saturday Morning, waiting for the bargains,  LOLOLOLOLOLOL. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Stand in line for the autographs please :teeth:

So have you ever made it onto the the TV Screen????????? :happytv:

I was filmed having a brief interview with Princess Diana, also with Ian Botham on a leg of one of his charity walks from John oGroats to Lands End, and once for winning a boxing match.

I have been on TV a couple of times but only in the background.

Once behind Paul Daniels son doing some magic at the Lincoln Christmas Market and once at a press conference when I did some work for Granada Television. I'm sure there was another time but I can't remember what or when.

I've been on a few times, mostly blink and you'll miss it things though. When I was a kid, me, mum and my sister went along to a programme called "Change That" - kind of a makeover show for furniture! I've been in the audience for TOTP and in a few crowd shots.

I've also been in a music video along with Scott and some friends. It was for a band called Kinesis that never made it. They had a special fans only gig where they asked everyone to wear white t-shirts with your own hand written slogan on them (I was "Little Sensation", Scott was "Condemned to Rock & Roll" - they do actually mean something!) and then they filmed one song for the video and got everyone to go totally nuts - quite scary being in the middle of that! They filmed everyone walking into the venue so you can clearly see us - I have no idea what song it was for now!!

You can also see me, Scott and his dad on the Queen live with Paul Rodgers tour DVD from last year. It's actually very cool, we're on for a good few secons, so not quite a blink and you'll miss it moment!

If you watch BBC news, behind the frosted glass is part of my office. On occassions you will see me ... well at least my outline.

I haven't, personally, but DH was on Weakest Link last Summer :sunny:

He made it through to the 5th round :thumbsup2

I was in the audience of CD:uk once...wearing bunny ears and clearly in shot behind the presenters...oops

I've probably walked through the background of various local news reports....there's always cameras out on the streets

Never been on television ~ I'm too self-conscious. Would probably end up saying something really daft :rotfl2:

years ago I was in a trailer for a Timewatch programme about the Isle of Dogs where I lived as a small child and last year I was on Top of the Pops when I took DD's up to see Son of Dork (took them up a couple of weeks ago to see Matt Willis and was allowed in again but made sure I hid :rotfl2: ). Also in the crowd during the Brits

Yeah, a few times when I stop and think about it!

Once was when I was a student on Teaching Practice the welsh news people came filming to report on the disrepair in local schools and filmed in my classroom. I looked really professional actually! :teeth:

Another time I was in the college library changing my books and they filmed me for a news report on students.

I have also been in the audience for the Danny Baker show (Why am I admitting that?! ) and for a kids Welsh pop music programme filmed at S4C in Cardiff.

As a child my Dad always taught me that if I saw anyone with a video camera I must walk back and forth in front of them. We used to terrorise Japanese tourists. We walked through so many of their photos I'd probably be instantly recognised if I visited Japan!

Sara. :)

I haven't been on TV before, but My PE teacher has! He went on Top Gear once, and he talked about some car; no idea what one; think it was a 9/11 but no idea but I know that he was in an episode of Series 6. Everyone in class kept talking about it, and we were going to annoy him with some stuff off the show, but none of us had the guts too..

If and when I get onto TV, I'll let you know. ;)

my sister was in the audience on a cbbc program when her class was invited to watch, it was one with gunge and they had to but body parts into a body, I can not remeber what its called as that was the only time I watched and my sister did not look very amused on it!

:happytv: My dh was watching a Gillingham V West Ham match. They were recording for a film called Green Street Hooligans if you watch one the players are gillingham, but cant remember if they call them Bolton it was another team anyway. We are behind the goal if you pause it at the right time you can see me in blue fleece and my dh when Gillingham scores (in the film its the otherside) my dh is everyone is jumping around except me it was really cold and I was huddled up.

In Orlando about 6 or so years ago, it was the Star Wars Epsiode 1 cinema opening night. Local TV was interviewing people on the way out asking them what they thought of it. We walked behind one of the people being interviewed, and later saw ourselves on the 11 Oclock news.

Years ago I was seen in the opening titles for Play Away as the camera moved down the audience.

This probably doesn't count as being "on" TV but more recently I was the phone-a-friend for my Mum when she was on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, helping her up to £8,000.

When i was 15 (12 years ago) the kids channel Nicklelodeon was just being brought out and Jenny powel came to our school. I was on the tv then for all of a few seconds.

Then last friday we went to Leeds to watch Wigan play at Headingly stadium against the rhinos. Theres a programme on bbc 2 about RL and Mine and Martyns heads were on for a split second :)

Oh, just forgot. My brothers got onto TV when Ipswich town got put up a division as to be asked the opinion on Ipswich; but unfortunately my brother sorta messed up on camera... Oh well... :)
