I'll be losing 2 this year because thats what was in our newly purchased contract for 2019 and they can't be banked.

I remember when we had this discussion when we bought 160 points with 160 banked. And then we bought about 50 points less than a year later. And then we bought another 115 points. We have borrowed most of our 2019 points. I say go for the 175 because you will go more than you expected and want to try new views at more expensive resorts. Did I mention once we got DVC then we purchased APs every year since...
