First of all let me thank each of you for the info that I have obtained. I started lurking right before my October trip last year and received a wealth of information. Of course as you know, the Disney bug bit me, my husband, and 3 yr old. So a couple of weeks ago I rented OKW from someone for October this year. YEAH! I have now started research to possibly buy into the Club by resale. Unfortunately, buying direct from Disney is not in our budget. Has anyone used Earnest L. Reid from Disney Vacation Club Resales or anyone else from there? Any problems? I have heard Jaki and Shontell are good. Is there any resale companies that I should avoid? I don't want to buy too small points package, so do you have problems renting extra points to friends and family?

I made on offer on one of his listings last summer. He replied promptly and made my offer, the seller would not come down from the asking price and I thought it was too high. I then found what I wanted w/Jaki at the price I wanted to pay and bought it for the asking price. I was also on Shontells list to call, but she did not get a listing for what I wanted during the time.

We purchased our OKW resale from Lee Reid. The transaction went very well. We had many emails telling us what was going on. We would consider buying from him again.

Jaki was awesome. Called my at 10 PM (I said it was OK) as soon as the use year/point allotment/price came in where I wanted it. It could not have been easier.
