Has anyone stayed in a clean, inexpensive hotel by the airport?

...emphasis on clean. I'm kind of a hotel snob because other people's beds give me the heebie jeebies. But it looks like the best airfare will have us flying out a day later than we had planned, so I need to find a place to stay by the airport. Has anyone been in that situation? Did you find a good place to stay?

Have you checked the Hyatt right at the airport? Sometimes you can get a good deal there. Might not be as cheap as you were hoping though. Another option is to search for hotels near the airport here on the forums.

The Hyatt is nice, and convenient, but can be pricey.
We stayed at the Country Inns & Suites near the airport and found it to be clean as well as pleastantly decorated. Free cont. breakfast included if that matters.
They had a courtesey shuttle to the airport.
NB- There were several other hotels in the adjacent area, which was not too far from the airport.

 I'd check out Tripadvisor.com because they post reviews from everyday people on almost any hotel you could think of and I've found that to be a great help.

There is a LaQuinta near the airport and those places always get rave reviews for being clean and efficient. Check tripadvisor.

I was very impressed with the Fairfield Inn, Marriot Village hotel I stayed at for two nights last fall. I think there is a Fairfield near the airport.

We got the Hyatt on Priceline for around 60.00, that's a very nice hotel and our room was very quiet and clean.

We stayed at the Amerisuites Orlando Airport for $35 on Priceline. We love their breakfast buffet, too.
