Has anyone received BCV pin from DVC?

Just wondering if we'll be receiving a Beach Club Villas pin from DVC? We received pins when they opened other dvc resorts like the Villas at Wilderness Lodge, also the american flag one's after 9/11 so I was just wondering if we might receive pins now that they've opened BCV? It sure would be nice if we do!

We might, eventually....There was a discussion on here about the fact that most of the BCV merchandise was not ready in time for the opening since they opened the resort earlier than planned. Maybe once everything comes in, we'll get a pin to add to the collection!

I thought I read somewhere that guests received a DCV pin when they attended the open house in late June. You can see the pin on pinpics.com #12953.

Those pins were long gone by the time the BCV opened on July 1st. I was the one that posted that I heard from a CM that DVC would be mailing us a special BCV pin. I'll believe it when I receive it.

I've been a member for about a year and I've never received a pin. Of course, BCV is the first to open since joining - but we didn't receive a pin after 9/11. We didn't receive pins from VWL after buying points or an add-on there. Are you guys members of a "special DVC pin club" or something???

I attended the BCV open house on 6/24 and I got 2 pins. I wouldn't mind a 3rd though if they send them to members, I know greedy! I did get a pin when WLV opened and also the 9/11 pin, so we will see.

I was there the day they opened and saw that all the mouskeeping staff had BCV pins on their collars.
I asked the rep at the desk if they wilol be sending pins to members and he said they had only made a few to get the resort open and they had ordered more to send to members.
He said they expected them to be mailed within 4-6 weeks, when the order comes in from China. Peggie
