My mother bought my DD (11) The Kingdom Keepers last summer as a last-day-of-school gift.
We returned from DW yesterday and all day today, I've been thumbing for through the book. I'm loving it!
For those who don't know, I won't give away the plot, but the book is dedicated "to anyone and everyone who ever wondered what happens when the gates are closed and the lights go out".
I just learned that there are two sequels (which take place in Epcot, HS and AK). I think I'm going to pick them up and put them in DD's Easter basket this year.
For anyone interested, the books are for ages 10 and up. The author is Ridley Pearson.
