Has anyone decorated their Magic Bands? Please show us the pictures!

In response to where I got the pirate tatoos...they were at Big Lots...just a big package of pirate tatoos. Most were way to big for the magic band, but I think could be adapted. And the bling on a roll...yes, we put the top/base coat all over the band, including the jewels. Thought it would help them stick on...we'll see how it goes.

I'm thinking it should hold up well. I normally do a pedicure for myself before we go and I use those gems on my toes to make a Mickey head. I usually just stick them on with their sticky back and then put a top coat over them. Through all the walking, swimming, transfer between flip flops/tennis shoes, etc... I've only ever had one "ear" fall off. They seem to hold up really well!

I don't think we have a Big Lots close by (will have to check), but thanks for the info.

For those of you who have used stickers, have they actually held up? I've read a lot of posts where people had used them, but they hadn't gone on their trip yet, so I'd be curious to see how that worked out. My kids have tons of Star Wars stickers (even small ones that I wouldn't have to cut). I was thinking of super-gluing them and then using a top coat over them (and we wouldn't use them in the water), but just curious if they'd actually hold up.

I used Inkjet Contouring White Waterproof Vinyl by Papilio - I ordered it from amazon. I printed them with my HP photosmart printer.

Ever since I got my green Magic Band I've been wishing Disney would come out with a glow in the dark one or a glow cover..so it's awesome to read people have used glow in the dark fingernail polish to do it.

I definitely want to customize mine now.

I'm wondering which would be better..glow in the dark nail polish or glow in the dark duct tape?

If going the duct tape route, does anyone know if the tape is somewhat see through and clear? Or would you not be able to see anything underneath it if you wanted to put designs under?

Not sure if I want to go with a galaxy theme band that glows in the dark. Or do some temporary tattoos and add glow in the dark nail polish.

Not sure if anyone has asked this before, but is it known that after all of the paint, tattoos, nail polish....have been added, that the RFID chip is still readable? I've heard that some things could interfere and that the band would no longer be usable. Thanks!
