OKW

Don’t know units totals but there are 3 HA buildings in the Near Hospitality category and 9 HA buildings throughout the main booking category.
The problem with that is that if you go to the DVC website, they don't list that there are any wheelchair accessible with tub and rails at OKW any more. And they say that "Florida Accessible rooms" only mean wall rails around the toilet, and that those may not be on the first floor. I was just at OKW in a HA (roll-in shower). I went to the front desk to get info about specific buildings having HA rooms on the first floor, and I remember this info. At least the roll-in shower guarantees a first floor villa.

So if I want the first floor would I just click the box to search for accessible rooms and choose one of those?

Sorry don’t have the answer on that. OKW has a good track record on regular special requests. (First floor, other floors, general location). If someone in your party can’t access stairs (which go up in two segments to each floor), definitely book an HA & would assume are first floor appropriate or in one of the buildings with the elevator. A general request of “any first floor for mobility” has a huge resort foot print to get you into a first floor.
