I would like to know if anyone has bought a comparable mattress and what they think of it.

We were due a new mattress and after several Disney Cruises we knew what we were going to get! We looked it up online and ordered ours approximately 4 months ago. They delivered it promptly and even brought it inside and placed it on our bed frame. We love it and are very glad we made the decision to get one.

Could you tell me the exact name of the mattress you got, please?
Is it just like the ones on the ship?

Sorry, for all the questions, but I need a new mattress and I want to get one as close to the ones on the ship as I can.

Regarding the bolded. We replaced our mattress and the guest bedroom mattress this year and the mattress store said every mattress made these days is designed to work without a box spring. Actually, they call them the foundation now and they are nothing more than something to put the mattress on, which is why they now offer different foundation heights.

We researched and found that this mattress was one of the closest to the Fantasy mattresses:

Sealy Posturepedic® Monogram 800 Plush (didn't want a pillow top)

We bought it about 2 years ago. I am not thrilled with it. It was great for about a year and then started getting body imprints. My back hurts in the mornings.

Thanks for the info MJ. I have exactly the same problem with my mattress, but it's 12 years old. It started getting a butt impression about 2 years ago. I'll make sure I don't get the Monogram 800.
