Late spring 2025 incentives (April 29-July 14)

But you were not a member then, right?

Existing members get swag like water bottles and fanny packs...

We just got this (one) 8x10 bag for touring Poly. It's cute, but too small to be of much use. You'd thing they could at least give out two when a couple attend.

That's one thing where Marriott Vacation Club definitely beats Disney at - as existing owners, we're getting $300 for attending a Marriott presentation next week... For 90 minutes on a resort day, I can do that.

Oh yes I didnt realize they were a member already.

I've seen that bag before, i really like it, its so cute! They were cheap with us with the Dumbo magnets too, my wife and I are both members and they only gave us one, but she didnt care so we didnt say anything 🤣🤣

Wow super generous of Marriott! Im always getting timeshare offers in the mail from them and Wyndham. We actually took Marriott up on it and stayed at the cypress harbor in a villa a few years ago, that was my first taste of a villa, it was super nice 🤣🤣 But we didnt end up having to go to the presentation in person because I really did get covid and had to quarantine.

They weren't too happy about that so they made us do the presentation thru the phone! Once they saw i was actually really sick, they let us go 🤣🤣

On our recent WDW trip they seemed to have the guides showcase them just so that when people ask "Can I get one?" they get you to sign up for the 30-minute presentation. We saw it at the Poly DVC desk and then also at the DVC desk outside the lounge at MK. Much cheaper for them than $300 for sure...

We just got this (one) 7"x10" bag for touring Poly. It's cute, but too small to be of much use. You'd think they could at least give out two when a couple attend... 😡

We just toured and got this. My kid saw it and wanted it, and it fits her just fine! I think she even enjoyed the tour!☺️

They would have gotten me with that 🤣🤣 but im a weirdo that likes the presentations, any excuse to talk DVC 🤣🤣

I love seeing the rooms and tours, but when they take you to sit down and discuss after thats when the fun ends 🤣🤣
The Guide was super nice and I’m halfway considering asking her to be my guide. She asked if I wanted pricing info or point charts, which bewildered me as my response was “umm, I think it is all online, so I think we’re ok!” I suspect that was supposed to be a halfhearted attempt to close the sale but I just got confused.😆

I always say yes and go along with it, that's probably my issue 🤣🤣
i have like four of those point chart and pricing print outs at home 🤣🤣

Not currently. Last year they had a welcome home incentive for a bit extra.
Thanks-When something extra is offered, is it advertised or would I have to ask or see it here on the boards? Our next trip is early July, so I think it will be too soon with current pricing until 7/14/25.

People will post here but guides will also share all the options you are eligible for!

Did Disney already announce if LSL will be the next association number? Or whether it's part of CFW?
Asking because I noticed this and it makes me think CFW and LSL will be different associations.

Looks to me like that was just an amendment to the multi-site offering statement, primarily to update point transfer rules. It says disclosure was added about Lakeshore Lodge as the next DVC project - can’t seem to find that disclosure, but I suspect it does not address this question. If it did, I imagine others would have found it by now.

Maui is usually the person here who finds things first.

When the new incentives drop in July, will we know immediately whether the D23 and AP discounts are continuing?

Probably not. I also think the AP discount will go away as it is a specific summer AP promo (part of the other AP “thank you” things they are doing right now).
Hard to imagine the new incentives beating out the current ones if that’s the case

Here is a link to what appears to be that document : https://cdn1.parksmedia.wdprapps.di...teral-docs/MS-POS-Insert_12_2024-01-03-25.pdf
And here is a link to the DVC multi-site offering statement, but it appears to be dated 5/16/2024:
https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...ering_Statement_Rev_05_16_2024_10-01-2024.pdf

What I can’t find is a version that incorporates those 12/24 revisions and includes the Exhibit 0 that apparently includes the new disclosure about LSL.
I may be wrong, but I can't recall them mentioning Island Tower in the MS POS until it became official. I want to say that was an amendment to the PVB indicating the addition of 11,322 timeshare weeks on 5/29/24
https://www.myfloridalicense.com/AdditionalInfo.asp?SID=&licid=5886708

That's why I think this may be a clue that LSL is it's own association. (It's possible I'm wrong or misremembering things). There were hundreds of pages debating if Island Tower was a new association or if it was part of PVB. Even after Disney verbally announced (but not in writing) it was part of the existing association (December 2023?) there was great debate until that amendment.

Maui is usually the person here who finds things first.
Thank you for kind words. To be honest, there are a few who find these documents. It's often luck of the draw who finds them first. With Island Tower, I was so heavily interested in the project I was constantly checking several times every day.
