Harry is a half-blood, since Lily was a mudblood.
No, Lily was a mudblood because her parents were muggles; however, SHE was a witch. Therefore, both of Harry's parents are magical, and he is a "full wizard". He is not pure-blood though because he cannot trace his lineage back through generations of magic (like Ron can).
Evidence: Notice that Draco constantly taunts Hermione, who is muggle-born, but he has never once called Harry a mudblood.

I hadn't thought of the pensieve. I think Dumbledore (who, I'm sure is really dead) will "speak" to Harry is some manner; I was imagining a letter marked "To be opened in the event of my death". The pensieve would be better, and we have seen -- in a previous book -- that Dumbledore does syphon off some of his "excess" thoughts into the pensieve.

1. Neville kills Bellatrix. A LOT. Payback for his parents.).
I am sure that Neville will play a large role in Voldemorte's destruction, and I like your idea! However, I'm not convinced that Neville won't be the one to "do in" Voldemorte himself. I suspect it'll be Harry and Neville killing Voldemorte and Bellatrix; I won't make a judgement about how the pairing off will go.

2. Percy Weasly came back to his parents after GOF and has been pretending to be with the Ministry to keep an eye on the Ministry bigwigs for the Order (but I amnot holding my breath for this one!)).
I think Percy will be reunited with his family -- I don't think JKR would leave the Weasleys with this gaping hole in their hearts. However, I think he will have to swallow his pride in doing so. Plus, I think his father will become Minister of Magic at the end, so it's in ambitious Percy's best interest to "make nice" with his dad/new boss!

3. Snape (who is good in my world) kills an escaped Lucius Malfoy while saving Draco. (If we are going for the soap opera version, he should hook up with Narcissa Malfoy and help raise Draco)).
I am leaning towards the idea that Snape is good. I'm going to re-read some old books to try to find evidence to prove this theory. However, he cannot marry Narcissa -- her husband is still alive in Azkaban.

8. We finally find out what the heck Harry's parents did for a living. You'd think they were Aurors, right? The problem is that they have way too much money for Government work and if it wassomething simple like that, it would already have been mentioned.).
I also think it's odd that we don't know this detail! Why'd they have to go into hiding anyway?

That could be! It would explain why Snape turned on Voldermort since he killed her anyway. I'm sure he could have done a freezing spell or something on her and just killed Harry, if he wanted to.
I can't really buy this idea. How could Voldemort -- even IF Snape was still infatuated with Lily -- promise that her affections would turn from James to Snape?
