Re Lucius' cane, didn't he keep his wand in the walking stick in the movie? So it's not really a cane but a fancy place for his wand?

I vaguely recall him keeping his cane in the walking stick/cane ... will have to go back and watch the movies again to see if that's correct. Anyone know for sure?!

ETA -- Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince comes out in paperback tomorrow - Tuesday, July 25th! Makes for much easier transporting as well as reading at the beach or pool! Don't have to worry about destroying that expensive hard cover!!!

I bought the audio CDs for Book 6 and loved them so much that I bought Book 5 too! But then someone broke into my garage and took some of the CDs for Book 5 that I had in the side pocket of the car. My DD's bike was stolen too but I was more concerned about the HP CDs than anything! The policeman kept wanting details on the bike but I kept going back to the CDs! Nothing else was stolen other than the bike and CDs and although I was glad that I didn't lose anything else, I was still so ticked that they took the HP CDs. I think that they mistook them for music CDs.

If the locket in Sirius' house is the horcrux, I guess we'll find out later how the locket got from 12 Grimmald Place to the cave.

Lynda, I would call your book store. If you contact the distributer they might send you replacement CD's for a good enough story.

Me,I have the full set of allthe books on CD. I like listening to a story at bedtime.

Also, I think your time-line on the locket may be skewed. My thoughts were that RAB (AKA Regulous Black) stole the locket from the cave, left a note. Brought the locket home, and then ran off to be killed by someone other than LV. LV would have known (through Legigamency) that the locket was stolen and where it was...had LV killed RAB.

Oh thanks, Ohanafamily, that's a good suggestion re contacting the distributor for the missing cds! I never thought of that! It's at least worth a try!

And you're right, I think my timelines are all wrong re the locket! How embarrassing! And after I've read those books a million times! Thanks for setting me straight!
