Hakuna Matata - Movin' on to March

Hey Team!

Rick - 10 hours of sleep is amazing!! Sounds like you have been busy busy!! Take care of your self!!

Regina - Pinterest is a type of social media site where you post pictures on "bulletin boards" that are ultimately links to other websites. Like my board I have for Running...I pin links to clothes or gear or races that I am interested in. It serves as two purposes...one, so I can find it later...and two, so others can see what I have pinned and nab it for themselves if they want. People have all sorts of boards though...some are purely for fun. My mom has boards with color themes...all purple stuff and all blue stuff etc. I was just on there helping plan my nieces graduation party with my sister (they live in MI). So it's nice to be able to share ideas and recipes too. Join it...you will love it :lovestruc

Tandy - Hope the weather cleared enough for you to get some decent miles in! I have a golden-pei, he is half shar-pei and half golden retriever. He's my nine year old baby. He and I have been through a lot together. I also have a 4 year old basset hound, but she is kind of boring when she isn't busy being bad. She has a temper and if she get ticked at us she pees in the house. BAD. Do you have dogs?

Lynn - You have to make sure you guys get pics of you in the pirate get-up!! I would love to be able to join you guys someday on a Disney cruise! It'll be years down the road, but I think we would LOVE cruising!

Kim - Wow..you got a weeks worth of activities into one day!! I am impressed!!! I used to love roller blading...sounds like fun! :)

AFM - Just waking up. About to go out for an easy 3 before the family wakes up. Thursday is my pre-op testing at the hospital. I really hate hospitals...lol. Oh and we have started planning our next Disney trip. We are looking at POFQ, CSR, CBR, POR, SSR Tree, OKW 2B, and AoA. We need to stay under $2000 for the package price. The Treehouses and OKW would be a split with my parents. Right now we are kind of leaning towards POFQ. We have done all of the other moderates in the past and I hear the rooms have been renovated and they are all queen beds and really nice. The last 3 mentioned would be about $500 more, but it might be worth it to have the extra room. Anyone have any suggestions...advice?

Regina, you have me mixed up there, my kees are fine, I have a minor cronic achillies problem but other than that everything is working properly.

Tandy, it would be fun to live in Florida but I think that living here and then after retiring, driving down several times a year would work better for us. The cost of living here is way better than Florida. I hope to spend at least 50 percent of the time on the road then. I can't retire for a minimum of 8 years yet though.

I have a 12 hour shift at work today but I'll do a light weight workout and some calisthanics and stretching before work.

The weather here is just amazing, 80s during the day and 60s at night. My air conditioner isn't putting out cold air so I have the repair folk coming Thursday morning.

Have a magic day y'all.

Dave:hippie:

Good Morning Team!

Dave - It is warm there, better get that air conditioner fixed!

Tandy - Lately we have not taken our pirate costumes on cruises due to luggage issues, and we just take t-shirts, but on this cruise, there are no international flights, we are not combining it with any other trip, so we can afford the 4 suitcases. PD for your knee! Good luck with you psych homework.

Rick - Glad you had fun wit the production, but I bet you are really happy to get back to normal.

Elizabeth- Sounds like a lot of work! Hope you have been managing some running in between!

Regina - Will see if we can get pictures of pirate costumes on FB.

Eva - Cruising is fun, Scott would not even think of it until Disney built ships, and now, this will be cruise number 24. Treehouses are really nice if you have a large group, They have a master bedroom, another bedroom with king bed (or maybe queen) and one bedroom with bunk beds for the kids, a huge kitchen, and the sofa in the living room can also be converted to a bed. Parking is limited, I think they allow only 1 car per unit, extra vehicles need to be parked at Saratoga. We have never stayed there, just toured a unit, but I would consider it if we every took family down again. OKW is our favorite, larger units than the rest of DVC.

AFM - Cold here yesterday, high about 45F, wind about 15-20, so dogs got their walk in and we both hit the spin bike for a bit. Today is still cold, if wind doesn’t pick up, we may head out on bikes when it warms up a bit (25F right now).

Pixie dust to all who are in need!

Have a great day team!

Morning all!

Everyone...Thanks for the warm welcome back!

Mike...Way cool that you have a second job at a running store. Just bought a new pair of shoes for myself yesterday. It's a locally owned store and one of the owners went to school with my daughter, so I get the "friends and family" discount. It's just 10%, but at least it's that much!:)

Dave...Weather is getting warm here too. Trying to hold of on the A/C though as the forecast is for slightly cooler next week.

Lynn...Cool that Scott is a Taylor grad. Our daughter graduated there in 2002.

Tandy...Yes, the food in Israel was good. My downfall was the dessert table each night. They were all dairy free (I have issues with dairy) in order to keep kosher, so I never had to worry if they were going to give my tummy trouble.

Vicky...All my Israel pictures are still in my camera, but I'll see what I can do. ;)

AFM...Went out yesterday for a run/walk. Headed for the high school track since it's dark now in the mornings, and I don't feel comfortable running on the street alone in the dark. Stayed on the track until the high school boys track team came out to practice at 7:00. By then it was light, so I finished on the street. Felt good. Slept in this morning, but did have a dream that I was working out at the gym. Does that count???:lmao:

Have a great day everyone!!

Hi team! Hope everyone had a great weekend! We've had some really nice weather here and it feels like we've skipped spring and gone right into summer weather. Hey, that's okay with me :)

Mary - That's funny that you had a dream about working out! Maybe you'll get an idea for a new workout routine! Sleeping in is always good!

Rick - You sound like me with all the aches and pains  I was talking to my chiropractor yesterday and he was saying that running on a TM puts more strain on your hips because of the mechanics of the machine - that it's constantly pulling your body backwards. Glad you got a good night's sleep! It sounded like you really needed the 10 hours. Hope you had a good pain free run today!

Elizabeth - Sounds like you've been burning the candles at both ends too! Hopefully your schedule starts to calm down a bit more for you. Glad to see you back and posting though!

Lynn - That's a lot of crusing! Disney should get you and Scott to be the spokespeople! I would love to see a picture of the pirate costumes too!

Dave - I hope the A/C repairs aren't too expensive. Is the weather cool enough at night to keep the windows open? Good luck with the 12 hour shift tonight! I hope it goes by quickly. You should post a pic of your new leaner, meaner self!

Eva - Hope you had a great 3 miler this morning! I've never stayed at any of the DVC hotels but would you be able to save more than $500 by cooking meals in the unit. I know it's a vacation and who wants to cook then but that was my first thought. It might be nice to have your parents close by in case you and DH want to just make a quick trip over to DTD or to one of the parks by yourselves.

Regina - Great job on the weekend running! Do you have a time goal for Portland? I guess all the snow is gone if you're running outside?
Is it warm enough to go to the beach or is it still cool?

Tandy - Did you finish all your psych reading? I use to think that psych classes were suppose to be more like sociology and that psych had a lot more science and history than I realized. How's your knee doing? Be sure to ice it after running even if it's not hurting and you only have a few minutes. I've found that really helped my knee.

Breakfast in bed sounds heavenly!

Maybe you should have Harrison come up with a list of reasons as to why you and Frank should let him go on the cruise solo. Make him work for it a little bit ;)

Kim - You're really taking advantage of the nice weather! Tennis and rollerblading! Nice! I ended up doing 1/1 intervals at the end. I had my chiro look at my knee yesterday and he said it was ITB (what else is new?). So I have to use the foam roller and do some bandwalking before going out to run. I hope the physio works out for you :)

AFM - I only ended up running 3 miles on the weekend. Boo! But I figure why push myself and make the knee even worse. So I had my chiro look at it last night. He believes it to be an ITB issue and did some ART treatments on it. So now before I go running, he wants me using the foam roller and doing some band exercises. I'm going to give it a shot tonight, try another 3 miler and see how that goes.

I went out on Sunday and had brunch with one of the other ladies from the gym. She workouts with my trainer as well so we got to swap stories and compare notes. It was interesting to say the least. But she's a really cool person - after we finished brunch, she took me to an Indian grocery store. They had a lot of fruits and veggies you wouldn't find anywhere else! I got a few guavas, chayotes and in May they're going to have alphonso mangoes. Yum! I guess everyone knows I love food and cooking

I also put up a new blog post. It's for something called egg muffins - they're low carb, easy to make and portable. I love that you can make them and have a few breakfasts ready for the week! Check it out if you have a chance and if you try making them and like them, leave me a comment and let me know how it goes :)

Have a great day everyone! :wave2:

Hi Team!

Elizabeth- Hi! :goodvibes

Rick- 14-18 hour days sound like really long days! I’m glad you enjoyed working with the show and the kids! Those 10 hours sleeping sounded much needed! I hope this week is a better week for you free of various moving aches and pains. I hope your run today went well!

Eva- Thanks for the Pinterest info! I might check it out! Speaking of dogs being bad, my doodle ate my blue tooth last week. :sad2: She is very rarely ever that bad and I cannot remember the last time I was that angry with her. She never takes stuff off of the tables to chew on like that. I think she did it because I didn’t take her with me to DH’s work to take him dinner and she was upset with me. I found most of the pieces scattered around but couldn’t find one piece of it. It turns out she had put it in her toy basket and pulled it out the next day to play with it some more. :headache: I am so glad my dog does not pee in the house when she gets mad at me. I think I might lose it. When is your next Disney trip? I hope your pre-op testing goes well on Thursday.

Dave- LOL, you’re right! I am sorry. I type everything in a word document first so I can make sure I don’t miss anyone and I actually meant that for Vicky. I must not have proof read well enough. I am glad everything is working properly for the most part for you though! Did you work out go well? I also hope your A/C repairs are not too expensive.

Lynn- Great! I’m looking forward to seeing them! Were you able to make it out on the bikes? Scott posted something about flying a kite, so I am guessing that means the wind was at least somewhat present?

Mary- I’m glad your run/walk went well yesterday. I don’t like running alone on the street in the dark either.

Vicky- Thanks. No, we do not have a time goal for Portland. Just looking to have a good, strong run where I enjoy myself. Oh yeah, the snow was all gone by the end of the day where we are. And luckily the sun came out on Sunday for a few hours and it was beautiful so that’s when we were outside running. Well, it really doesn’t get too cold over here so we have continued to go to the beach. We just put on a rain jacket or a sweatshirt and go! Going to the beach here really isn’t like going to the beach in Florida or somewhere warm. Good luck with the 3 miles tonight! Your egg muffins look good!

AFM, I met DH at his work this morning to run 4 miles on the TM. My legs were/are still sore from the long run on Sunday so it was not a very pleasant run! But I got it done so I am happy about that. I also tried out my new running skirt and it was really comfortable so hopefully it will do well on my longer runs also. Now I just need a couple new shirts to match it. :thumbsup2

Well, I ran 3.79 miles tonight without pain of any kind on the treadmill at the gym. I ran 3/1 intervals with a 9:30/mm pace for the run segments. It was a good, strong run that served as a test for how I will run the upcoming 5K race with my son, and several other WISHers. :thumbsup2

After the run, I walked for 16 laps (1/2 mile) in the pool, and then soaked in the Jacuzzi for 15 minutes before showering and going home. Good end for the day!

Good morning team.

I have one of those home owner warranties, I pay $40 a month and then if anything breaks or needs service it's a $60 service charge. But it has paid off well since I bought a used house. Last year I got a brand new dishwasher for a $60 service call and another time a new digital thermistat and new relays for the air conditioning system after lightening ran in on it. I have a 2 story house with a double air and heat system.

Yes work is getting into my workout space this week and it will next week also since the other optician is on vacation and the lab manager's wife is expected to deliver during this next two weeks.

I'm up at 4:30 so I can meet a training partner for a 6.5 miler on the rolling hills this morning. Then zip home, shower and go to work. Just have to make time.

I took video of my walking and sent them to some of my American and world record holder friends. They gave me some good pointers and I've improved my technique with a few tweeks that have made a huge difference. I posted the videos on facebook also since there are some other walkers that follow my journey.

One of my Panda walkers pulled a calf muscle yesterday playing volleyball and might be laid up for a few weeks because of it. I need him healthy for the state games. We have a throw down going against some senior walkers from Tenn. Should be an interesting year.

Everyone, enjoy the beauty of spring and let it inspire you to achieve the goals you set during the winter.

Dave:hippie:

Good morning team!!!!!

This time I have a good excuse for not getting posting time it is just way to nice out to be sitting in the house or the office.

Hope everyone is doing great!!!!

Hey guys! sorry to have dropped off but crazy week. I ran my race saturday and pr'd - 10:55 per mile - first time I broke 11 minutes which made me very happy. The sun literally came out as the race started which I took as a good sign! I then ran on the dreadmill M and T and was disappointed bc my lovely son woke up each morning (I run before 5 am) so he wouldn't let me do more than 3.5 miles when I really wanted to do 6.2. today though, I started on the dreadmill and literally just stopped it with frustration, got off of it and went and ran outside for the first time this year in my daily morning run and it was DIVINE! I ran 4.62 miles and need to figure a loop to get that last 1.5 in - but the rest of the week here is supposed to be great so I plan to run outside again th and fr to figure it out! Made my morning so much better!

Hope all of you are enjoying outdoor runs too! It's dark for me but the temp was perfect!

Good Morning Team!

Vicky - Good luck with the knee, hope the new treatments help. Your egg muffins sound good, I would like them, but Scott would not eat them (he does not like eggs).

Dave - Good luck with your busy work schedule!

Kim - Glad to hear you have good weather!

Rick - Good job running pain free!

Kimberly - Congrats on the PR!

Regina - Wind always seems to be somewhat present - kind of like rain in the Northwest - if it is below 10mph it is “what wind?”

Mary - Small world - Taylor grads. Good job on the run!

AFM - Just got dog walk in yesterday, again got involved with a project and did not make it to the spin bike. It is starting to warm up, todays high is to be 57F, 10 degrees warmer than yesterday, should be in the 70’s by the weekend.

Pixie dust to all who are in need!

Have a great day team!

Good day all

We are finally getting the real nice weather the rest of North America has been getting. The only problem is since we never were really over 10C/50F until now, there was still quite a bit of snow, which is now rapidly melting. Unfortunately, this means water in the basement L

I decided to start extending my long runs to past the ½ marathon distance, so on Saturday, I did two identical 7.5 mile loops around my neighbourhood. I turned on my Garmin and just started running at a not too fast, not too slow comfortable pace. I hit the lap button when completed the first loop, other than that I never looked at the watch at all. Amazingly, when I looked at the data, the second 7.5 mile lap only took 1 second longer than the first!

On Sunday, a friend talked me into trying Hot Yoga for the first time. I had tried Yoga as part of the P90X program in the past, but lost patience and quit the workout like 15 minutes in, so I was pretty apprehensive going into it. I was pleasantly surprised at the recovery effect it had on my legs from the 15 miles run I did the previous day. The friend I was with told me his brother’s 10K time improved by like 5 minutes by adding Yoga in to his routine. Anyways, don’t think I would ever have the time to be a Yoga regular without sacrificing regular run training, but will definitely give it another shot sometime!

Robbie

Robbie - I get frustrated with yoga too...isn't it funny how something that is supposed to be meditation and calming just makes us frustrated?! Nice that you could get past it and try again. A friend of mine has been doing that yoga where you are suspended on a cloth hammock thing. She says it's pretty hard, but fun too. Wants me to go. I told her I'd have to get drunk first :rotfl:

Lynn - Glad to hear it's warming up by you. Hopefully the wind is calm enough for you guys to get out and bike more! And thanks for the info on the resorts. I have a feeling that we will splurge and go for WL this year. My mom brought it up and now that's all we are talking about. It is my favorite resort and Jordan seemed to receive the idea well enough. We can get connecting rooms so my parents will still be close.

Kimberly - Congrats on the PR!!! That's awesome! Shorter distances are the hardest to PR on!

Kim - Keep enjoying that nice weather!!!

Regina - I am fortunate to not have a dog that chews. I'm be upset if they got something off of a table especially something as important as a bluetooth! Luckily I can count on 1 hand the amount of times Savannah has peed out of spite. Just frustrating that she does it at all. Once it was even on our bed. She was mad because we were out gardening and she was stuck inside. We had taken her out to potty just before, but after an hour of whining at the door she snuck upstairs and peed right in the middle of our bed. Lucky for us we had a duvet and 2 blankets on the bed and caught it quick enough that the mattress wasn't ruined! And it wasn't a lot because after all...she didn't really HAVE to go! Oh and we are planning a trip for either Sept or Feb. We like the "off season"...but it will depend when and if I get pregnant. If it is sooner than later, Feb won't work. :cool2:

Vivky - How is the knee doing? I have heard that stretching from the top down is important for ITB issues. Hips, thighs, calves...in that order. I'm sure some of my knee issues are slight IT probs, but I've never had it checked out. I've had a bad knee for years before I started running...so I never really chalked it up to a running injury I guess. Nice that you got to go to an Indian store. I wouldn't know where to find one around here, but it sounds interesting! I love Indian food!

Opps...out of time! My pre-op appointment and testing are today. Eek! Hopefully it's quick and easy. I little blood work and my vitals and I'm out of there. Fingers crossed!!

Hope everyone is doing well! :grouphug:

Good Morning Team!

Robbie - Congrats on your long run!

Eva - Weather is getting nicer, this weekend sounds like it will be really nice, keeping fingers crossed!

AFM - Got out for dog walk then 50 min on spin bike, looking forward to nice weather thru the weekend.

Pixie dust to all who are in need!

Have a great day team!

Hi team! The weather forecast says this is the last day for the summer like weather. Today's suppose to be a high of 26C/79F weather. Tomorrow and on the weekend we get rain and it goes back down to about 10C/50F. I'm ok with the temperature drop but hoping the rain will hold off.

Registration for WDW weekend is coming up! April 10 at 12PM. Has everyone decided on a race(s) and whether they're going?

Robbie - Hope the flooding the in the basement isn't too bad! Sounds like you had a great 15 miler :) I'm glad you enjoyed hot yoga. I've never been able to get into regular yoga but I've heard good things about hot yoga.

Lynn - Scott doesn't like eggs? What about if it's cooked into something like a quiche or bobotie ... speaking of, I really want to make some! The knee is feeling better but I haven't had a chance to go out running yet. How many days until the cruise?

Kimberley - Congrats on your PR! Do you have a headlamp you could take with you to run outdoors?

Kim - I've been going out for walks at lunch. The weather is awesome! I've seen a couple of people come back in with sunburns though. LOL How's the training going?

Dave - Glad to hear you have warranty coverage! Sounds like it's starting to pay for itself. How's Sally doing? Hopefully the extra hours will be good for the September trip.

Rick - Wow! 9:30 m/m pace! That's awesome - you're getting speedy! Has DS been training for the 5K as well?

Regina - How are you liking the running skirt? I don't wear one anymore because I need the compression from the tights. I use to like the big pockets :) How are your legs feeling today? Yeah, I thought going to the beach in Oregon was a little like going to the beach in Florida. We have beaches in Toronto too - just by the lake. They get a little gross (aka polluted) in the summer though.

AFM - Not much of import to report. I was suppose to go running on Tuesday after I had a treatment on Monday but Tuesday afternoon I ended up with a nasty migraine (not headache). It got bad enough that I felt nauseous. I had taken several Tylenol and nothing was working :( I still had to pack my stuff for my baking class and ended up forgetting quite a few things. D'oh!

Yesterday, we made a pumpkin pie and lemon meringue pie in class. I was so tired by the time I got to the lemon meringue that I didn't have enough time to let it set. Needless to say it didn't make the trip home in one piece - and that's not from me eating it. We did have left over filling so I took that home and will probably try making the pie again this weekend.

I'm hoping to get out for a run tonight! Or at least a walk since the weather is nice :)

Have a great day everyone!

I was doing really well icing after a run even if there wasn't any pain but then I stopped because I just try to fit too many things into a day.

I think we were posting at the same time! Good luck with the pre-op testing today! I'll see if I can whip up some Indian recipes for the blog :) Indian is a favourite of mine too. I love their desserts but a couple of my favourites are also paneer and goat curry. If you ever make a trip up to Toronto, let me know. We have a ton of Indian restaurants here.

Just curious if you've ever been to Momocho (?)

Vicky: I hope your knee is feeling better. Foam rolling your IT band, and thigh muscles above the knee, might help. I didn't know you got migraines. Christi has those also. She uses Imitrex and it seems to work. Have you tried that?

DS has not been training for Saturday's 5K unfortunately. He has been busy with the recent musical like me. So we will just have to see how it goes. He runs 1 mile every Monday in his gym class so I think if we keep to a 3/1 interval strategy, he should be fine. It will be a fun experience no matter what. I got an email from the RnR folks yesterday announcing the 'mini marathon' race during our RnR Chicago HM in July. It is basically a 5K race and DS wants to run that now (he loves medals). He can run and then wait for all of us to finish our HM.

Speedy? Still working on that one. :lmao: I can do a 5K at 9:30/mm but not a longer HM distance yet. I still have much training to do, right?

OMG! Lemon Meringue pie is my Favorite Pie (pumpkin comes in second)! My grandmother made the best pies. I am at your service for any 'taste testing' you require for your pies. :)

RadioFanatic: Congrats on the PR!

Robbie: Congrats on that 15M run!

Eva: I am keeping you in my prayers that everything will work out great and you will be up and 'running' in no time.

AFM: Yesterday morning I went out for a 3.41 mile walk before work at a 15:20/mm pace. It was a really nice walk and everything felt good. I need to add more walks into my weekly schedule so I can be ready for the 39.3 mile AVON Walk in June. That is going to make my schedule pretty full given that I am still training for the IL Half at the end of April.

I worked on the training plan for this year and it is going to be very busy. It looks like I will log 1000 miles in 2012 if I follow this plan. Marathon training will start in mid-June and I am worried about how hot this summer might be here in Chicago, given the record-breaking warm temps we are already having in March! I wonder what the temp might be on Race Day in October. I will be praying for cooler temps because running my first marathon in hot weather is not my preference.

Yesterday evening, I met with a CPT at my gym who is running a Marathon Training Program this summer. It is a 16-week program that looks pretty solid. I think I might sign up for it just to have someone I can go to for advice, suggestions, and who will hold me accountable. The guy has run 20+ marathons, 20+ ultras, and at least one Ironman that I know of. He is a member of the Run Club at the gym.

This Saturday is my next race, the Penguin in the Park 5K in Decatur IL. Looking forward to running it with my DS, Mike, and Liz. Since I am running with my DS, I won't be looking to PR, just have a great time. Plus, I get to see my daughter down there as well. We're probably going to see "The Hunger Games" movie sometime after the race (very good book trilogy).

BTW: I joined DailyMile.com last week so if you are on that site, send me a friend request. The more, the merrier!

:cheer2: Weekend Racers :cheer2:

Good luck Rick and Mike! Sounds like this will be a great race!

March

24 - Penguin in the Park, 5K, Decatur, IL - Rick & DS, Mike & Liz

Rick - Watch out for those ultra runners...they are like a cult. He might try to suck you in by telling you that running a 100 mile race is a great idea..lol. The lady at my running store is an Ultra champ. She wins them. Seriously. I have milled over the idea of a 50K, but that would be after a few years when Gage and possible a new baby are grown up a bit. Training and recovery for that will prob be too much for a full time working mommy like me. It sounds great that you will be able to run a 1000 year with your new plan! I didn't know you were doing the 3 Day either. Please post the link to the web site to donate. I know that those can be tough to raise money for because they require so much to do them. I can't wait to hear that race (well walk) report...I bet that will be an amazing experience for you!!!

Vivky - No I have never been to Momocho. We rarely go into downtown Cleveland any more. Maybe that will be our next date night. :lovestruc As for the icing, I know it's not the best for your knee because it isn't big at all, but have you looked at those little re-freezable ice packs that they sell for kids? They are small and have gel beads in them. I have used those in the past and just wrapped it with a standard sports tape for a bit after a run. It takes only a minute to put it on and then I can go do whatever I need to again because it isn't bulky at all. You could were it under pants or whatever. It's fine in a pinch I think...better than no ice at all. I would love a recipe if you decide to do something for the blog. Jordan is not an adventurous eater so I don't get Mediterranean or Indian often. I don't think I have ever had an Indian dessert. Hmmm....time to start pestering the hubby to go to an Indian restaurant too. :thumbsup2

AFM - The appointment and testing went well. The lady at the hospital said I have "beautiful" vitals. Then I answered some questions about my medical history and I was on the way. They didn't even have to draw blood! :woohoo: A week from today I will be under the knife. I cannot wait to get this over and done with. Oh and my doc says that I will be able to run after about 2 weeks time. So all hope is not lost for a late spring race!! I still plan on doing the half this weekend. My realistic goal for that will be sub 2:15. Okay...off to do chore before work...Hiiiiii Hooooooooooo, Hiiiii Hooooooooooooooo.....

Good Morning Team!

Good luck to all the weekend racers!

AFM:We got out on bikes yesterday, ended up going 17.34 miles, wind was 10-15mph, so not too bad. We did a new section of our bike path, was hoping it would end up being 20 miles, but not quite.
