I have directed my 22 year old DD to this thread. She ordered a leather back pack from this company for us for Christmas. A couple of weeks after Christmas, when we still had not received the back pack, she e-mailed the company and told them that she was no longer interested in receiving it since it had been a Christmas present and to cancel the order. Of course she never heard anything back.
Then I saw the post from the previous poster that all orders would be shipped in 2-10 days. When we never received anything THEN, I assumed that they HAD cancelled the order. Well, you know what happens when you assume.
DD's credit card has just been charged for the order.
It is supposed to be shipped to her BF's parent's house since it was SUPPOSED to be a surprise for us. I told DD to tell BF's parents to just refuse delivery per MSMS's instructions on their web site some weeks ago. And I told her to e-mail the owner immediately.
This is so upsetting. This was an $80 order - a huge amount for a college student! I hope that it is resolved in her favor.
